Been Charged Twice with Refusal for a Refund
I placed an order with Amour Noir for a Razor. The order arrived and I was really pleased with it. A week later another Razor arrived and when I checked my bank statement I had been charged twice.
I only have one order confirmation email and only placed one order. When I contact Amour Noir I was told that it is "My error and not their error" as I placed two orders.
I did not place two orders at all. I suggested I returned their product to them and they still declined.
Their customer service is appalling and I have now been charged twice with a refusal for a refund.

After speaking to this customer on the phone and providing the customer information of both orders that where placed 5 days apart, one to a second address ( that the customer had used before in April ) with one slipped phone digit the customer then changed this topic of conversation to the customer service issue ( not offering her a refund ) and said she did not care about the products and she would no longer have this conversation and hung up.
We do not take kindly to customers who try and defraud us, the customer clearly placed the second order and there is a clear trace of the order on our file and the customer receiving which the customer acknowledged.
Orders do not just appear on our systems out of nowhere, the customer placed then order then tried to say it was not her.
Placing orders with ourselves and then saying you did not place it but used the same payment processor as all previous orders to addresses previously used by our customers will not be tolerated by Amour Noir
Customer has since phoned back and asked for the managing directors name, I have referred her to the website as all company information is on their.

Product is good I’m told as I bought it as a present. I done next day delivery but it came 4 days later. Was compensated £1.95 😕

Hands down one of the best facial…
Hands down one of the best facial scrubs I have ever used. Has reduced the appearance of dark spots on my face and body. I tend to use twice a week after I do legs in the gym as that’s when I sweat the most. Leaves my face feeling smooth and refreshed.

I had acne for over 4 years
I had acne for over 4 years which has left me with permanent scarring, when I started this product I had very visible scarring which was also very red. Since using this for about a week and a half, 2 weeks I have noticed my scars are less visible. My skin feels much more hydrated too :D

I ordered this product after seeing the…
I ordered this product after seeing the great reviews, I did have alittle problem when I received the goods, however after emailing the company they were soon quick enough to rectify the problem and sent me a replacement. I have only tried the magnetic face mask and all I can say is that I absolutely love how it feels on the skin once I wipe it off..I've yet to see what my skin looks like after a few applications but so far I'm impressed.
