What a dreadful company they need closing down ...no customer service they just take money & give no service its a fake company don't waste your money on this.

I have tried every cream out there for my rosacea and had no luck. I then started with the healing cream from amour but it didn't seem to be doing much. However I persevered with the cream and I now use the cleansing oil and the soothing oil aswell and my skin is like silk. It hasn't cleared my redness but it definitely calms and reduces it, and allows my make up to go on smoothly. You can't expect miracles from a cream after using it one or twice, and this one needs at least 3 to 4 weeks before you see if it works or not! Definitely worth a try though, it's the only set that's helped me 🙂

Firstly, I want to state that I love, love, love the repair & renew cream; it has done wonders for my psoriasis as it is not too wet & not too drying either! I have still given the one star, though, as I wanted to make it known how appalled I am with the lack of customer service. I have tried to claim my hard-earned rewards towards the cost of the last 3 creams I purchased. At no point was I able to enter the code given on the website so my order went through at full price. I have now sent three emails to customer services & have had no response whatsoever to any of them; they haven't even sent an acknowledgement to say they have received the email. In my opinion, the entire 'review' system on their page is set up in such a way as to make it difficult to say anything 'honest' & to make customers include a photograph (I think I might add one of my dog) in order to leave a review; therefore meaning their reviews are generally extremely good; & who wouldn't want to buy from a company with excellent reviews??!! Shame I couldn't voice my opinion to the reviews within their page; or to the (seemingly) non-existent customer services which is why I have gone through Trustpilot in the hope that I can make people aware. (Thank you, Trustpilot).

I have been using the rocacea bundle I purchased for around £31 , admittedly iv only been using it for a week but have to say I'm really dissapointed in the product the redness on my cheeks now seems to have spread and got worse , also I do not like the texture it's basically a greasy mouse and doesn't not absorb into my skin I have used as directed I will not be purchasing again , (for comparison I have been using moisturisers since the age of 18 im now 47) only given a 2 star rating due to quick delivery other wise it would be 1 , quite upset about this as it isn't cheap

Absolutely love this product Repair & Renew with Charcoal & Oats, use sparingly tho, all you need to do is gently press finger tips onto cream which is quite firm then pat finger tips over face and gently massage into skin, it’s that easy! My face feels calm, happy and looks very healthy, what’s not to like! I came across this product after visiting the company for thread vein treatment which again I highly recommend… first class service at a very reasonable rate!

Very disappointed - bought the day and night cream. What a waste of money. It is so greasy and shiny and does not sink in. I couldn't get my make up on! Dont believe the hype like me. AVOID 😡

Very happy with my Repair and Renew Cream and I’ve seen results. A little goes a long way! I took the time to read the advice on what to expect (possible greasiness, use for excess). but on reading the reviews it seems that the company only replies to the positive feedback. Your happy clients are happy and will likely buy again. It’s the unhappy ones you need to focus on… You don’t need to reply to me. I’ll be buying again. I like your product. 🤷🏼‍♀️

1 star is still too much! Had a breakout of whiteheads, red raised areas and oily on skin. Was blocked on Facebook when u asked how to get reply as they weren't replying to many email requesting refund, remove negative commets.

Made absolutely no difference to my skin at all after using for weeks
The only plus is that it smells nice
But a very expensive cream that did not work at all for me

Not impressed. Used it for a week, had more spots since than I've had in 10 years, including a couple of very nasty ones on my cheek. Far too greasy.

Brought all three as I read great reviews for rosacea it has actually made it worse this morning I woke up with red sores waste of money and now have a very sore face

Appalling customer service. Order placed two weeks ago and this company have me running around in circles between Royal Mail and themselves trying to find out where the items are - and then deny having had any contact with me. Amour? AVOID.

If I could give zero stars I would!
The face creams are nothing short of solidified oil! May as well smear lard on your face!
Extremely expensive!
Do not be fooled by the hype, save your money and get skincare that works!

Tried this cream day 6 I had dreadful breakout of whiteheads even on benign moles I was so shocked , it’s greasy to the point you cannot rub it in I used a very small amount as suggested will try on feet .....

Had a really bad reaction both to the relaxing night cream and the repair and renew cream . Started getting big bruises and blisters around my lips and I looked awful . First I didn’t know where it came from , but soon could trace it back to the AMOUR creams . Also very greasy and stays on top of the skin instead of being absorbed . What a waste of money , using the 3 jars on my feet now !👎🏻👎🏻

Sadly I reacted badly - I bought the lavender night cream and day repair . My eyes have become itchy n red and I now have allergy eye drops . It must be the scent the pharmacist says or the natural oils in the cream

Very greasy cream doesn't soak in and leaves you very shiny, did not work for me. Smells really good though! All negative comments get deleted on Facebook which is why i'm leaving this review.

Fast delivery. Not happy with the cream at all, very greasy did not soak in. I have tried varying amounts but sadly not for me. Tooth powder so gritty I was worried about scratching my enamel. No refunds given on opened products so a expensive trial. Straight in the bin. Back to clarins where samples are available and returns accepted

I find the creams last a while even though they are small as you don't require much per application.

Use on a night as it is fairly oily.

Product arrived ok, and I've used dead sea scrub before so I'm sure it'll be fine.
But the jar was barely.half full. I've never seen this before. I feel totally ripped off.
