After a lot of searching I found a deal and vehicle that I was happy to apply for. Alpha made things very straight forward and Alex, the account manager has been nothing but communicative, clear and succinct in her replies. I've been dealing with James Conway on leasing a car for our business. The initial quote contained all the details needed (like P11d value, emissions) that is often left of quotes from other companies. The finance approval was quick and without fuss and at all stages, James has advised of the next step so that if an email from a 3rd party gets caught up in a junk/ spam folder you know that it's missing rather than wait to be chased. I will definately be contacting James again for future business requirements.
