My wife bought me the Alpha Raptor Pro for a Christmas gift for 2025, within 3 months it stops charging. I even spent money on new charge cords thinking that was the issue. I was wrong. She spent 90.00 and for nothing. whjile being easy to pair to my iPhone, that doesn't excuse the poor quality. Stay away from this lousy cheaply made watch company. They should be sued for their crap!

I ordered the Raptor Pro (not so) smart watch from Alpha Gear and they threw in a cheap 2nd watch and called it a BOGO. The Raptor watch is huge and very heavy making it uncomfortable to wear and not a good look. The cheap rubber watch band will likely not last long. The watch is difficult to pair and once paired not all of the functions work. I sent a return request to Alpha Gear and the response I received was that there was not return service available on BOGO purchases. Their idea of customer service was to send a trouble shooting link. The same information provided in the micro users guide sent with the watch. The troubleshooting info did not resolve the issue with the watch. Do yourself a favor and avoid these cheap watches. Spend a little extra and get a reliable i phone or Samsung watch!

I had the watch I purchased from their company for 2 months before the water damage occured shortly after only 2 weeks later the wrist band broke right off. I emailed the company thinking they'd have no problem replacing it and they would've but I had to pay their steep price for shipping of $45. I told them nevermind I'll just take a refund and they automatically denied. I told them if review this if they didn't get me a refund or replacement free of charge do here I am.

So my wife spent $139 on the Alpha Gear Raptor pro. Right out of the box, and five weeks down the road perfect. No issues with charging, or battery life, no issues with screen, or durability. 5 weeks and one day took the watch off and the band broke. Emailed customer support. Response took a day but I was told I could “buy replacement bands on the website” signed ZM

SO I cordially asked if they didn’t stand behind their product and was responded too once again a day later and was “kindly reminded of a 30 day warranty”

I responded respectfully gave them my thoughts about the band, applauding them on the watch itself as I do like it and informed them I would think twice about their products in the future and my reviews would reflect the conversation and their decisions.

I would not purchase this product again from this company

Total Chinese garbage!
I have had it for about 2 years.
I replaced the battery(ies) in April of 2025. Put it on yesterday and NOTHING! None of the buttons do anything regardless of the length of time they are pushed in. I would not get another one even if it was offered to me for free!

Some functionality of the watch isn’t as advertised and the watch face is actually cutting into my hand so I can’t even wear the watch anymore. And AG has a near zero return policy. Gonna go to Carbinix or Garmin

I purchased the alpha gear Bravo XL in early 2025. I purchased that model because they claimed a 30 day battery life. I can can confirm that mine has never had an issue and the battery usually last more than 30 days. Currently to my surprise I checked how much charge I have left and it's at 40%. But what really stunned me is that the last time I charged it was 12/02/25. I wear it daily and I sleep with it on. I told two coworkers about them one month after I got mine. They both bought the bravo xl. They both go 30 days between charges. Since our initial purchase we each on two. My second is the commander I have worn that one much. There is nothing wrong with it, I just prefer the larger face on the bravo xl

The watch crapped out less than a month of wear. The screen is glitching and none of the functions are working. I have just reached out to customer service so we will see how that goes.Update: Only had a 30 day warranty so I’m out of luck. Was a Christmas gift purchased Dec 9, started wearing Dec 25, crapped out Jan 15. 3 weeks of wear. Also took 4 days and 4 emails to get an answer that they couldn’t warranty it.

I first bought the Alpha gear watch in August 2025 in over the last six months in trying to charge the watch, it never reaches 100% anymore. This is very disappointing. In September I also bought a Alpha gear Commander and after wearing it for 3 days then putting it on the charger it never ever came back on again. These watches are nothing but trash! Save your money they truly aren't worth it!

Do not buy! Watch has to be reset all the time. Reached out to customer service about watch bands breaking within days of wear. Told my 30 day warranty did not include this! As for a watch that is advertised as indescribable this is absurd. I didn't even put the watch into tough situations. As a large company this customer service is sub par and makes dealing with said company's almost not worth the time, will remove from my watch collection and will give CARBINOX a try.
Also sent me wrong product with order and ignored this with no end result, save your money this watch is cheap garbage!

Everyone's experience and expectations are different, but I bought the Commander watch along with BOGO Juliet for my wife. Wife hated the Juliet immediately. The screen, regardless of choice, is cocked to the left, the weather is always inaccurate, the blood pressure, when compared to her blood pressure cuff, is always inaccurate. Tried to return it immediately but because it's BOGO it could not be returned. My experience with the Commander is less than ideal but I wear it every day. I agree the weather is always wrong and my BP does not match the cuff when I compare them. Overall, wish I spent the money on a FitBit.

I've had two Alpha watches, the Delta and Delta Pro. Within a year both are not working correctly. Contacted customer service and they were no help. Just needed some guidance on resetting watch to adjust time. Something as simple as that and all I got is that my watch wasn't under warranty any more.

Absolute JUNK stopped working after 15 days and customer service is a joke

Loved this watch for less than 90 days. then the face fell off. I work in an office. If this watch can’t handle picking up phones and typing do not waist your money. Even better the customer service was not bad but horrible. They never asked me for an order number or anything when I brought this concern up to them. They just stated I don’t have warranty coverage and offered watches for $55 bucks.

Worst watch and even worse customer support ever!!!!
They don’t honor replacement if you even prove that there is something wrong with the products by providing proofs
They are literally scamming people ..

Review of the Alpha Gear Bravo XL Smartwatch

The Alpha Gear Bravo XL Smartwatch is a textbook example of a product driven more by marketing hype than actual durability or quality. Before purchasing, I recommend doing a quick search for “Alpha Gear Watch bad reviews” — I wish I had done so myself.

I purchased the Bravo XL in March 2024. Less than a year later, the watch began to show significant wear: the bottom casing started separating (see attached photos), and the charger degraded to the point of being unreliable. This wasn’t the result of extreme use or abuse — just standard daily wear and light gym workouts.

Alpha Gear promotes this watch as being “tough” and built for performance. Based on my experience, that claim simply isn’t true. A truly durable watch should withstand everyday activity without falling apart in under a year.

When I contacted Alpha Gear about the issue, I wasn’t offered meaningful support or a warranty replacement. Instead, their solution was to upsell me another watch at a “discounted” price of 20%. That response makes it clear where their priorities lie: pushing more sales rather than standing behind their product.

As someone who values honesty in advertising, I find this kind of business practice unacceptable. Customers deserve better. Brands like Garmin and Casio consistently deliver on durability, reliability, and customer service — something Alpha Gear could learn from.

Shame on you, Alpha Gear, for knowingly pushing a product that doesn’t live up to your claims. If you want loyal customers, start by delivering a watch that actually performs as promised.

I bought two watches one for my husband and one for me and his watch stopped working. They are not waterproof as they advertise and my battery watch does not last like they advertised. My battery watch lasts me for no more than 3- 4 days. I contact them and they didn’t offer anything. I don’t recommend this product as they are false advertising.
The watch only lasted almost a month.
I’m very disappointed because I bought the watch for Father’s Day.
