do not use !!!! customer service is horrible and they shipped my order to a completley wrong address im dealing with it over a month in paypal. make sure you keep records of anything because they will fight you tooth and nail blaming you for their incompitance. other companies online have better customer service and well help address the situation not make it worse. if you drop ship stickers beware

Horrible customer service
Do not count on this company to honor their clients with customer service. We had been loyal to All Sticker Printing for a couple of years, and had always been satisfied with their product, however, upon our last order the original proof they sent contained the wrong artwork (an older logo). They corrected it and sent a second proof which I approved for print. When we received the order, the stickers they printed were of the wrong artwork. After contacting them, and expecting them to resolve the issue by reprinting the 3000 stickers we had paid for, we were told that the stickers we received were still usable, and that they could give us a discount on a future order, disregarding the fact that they made a mistake. After contacting them again to tell them that I felt this was unacceptable and that they should make their mistake right by giving us the product that we ordered, they agreed to reprint them if we would return the misprinted stickers, which I agreed upon. Then they changed their mind and asked us to pay for half of the new order. Once again I told them I just wanted the product that we had already purchased. They said ok, and that they would proceeded with printing the correct stickers. They also changed their mind about sending the old ones back, and asked if we could just send pictures or video of them for documentation, which I did. When we received the "corrected" order it was only 1000 stickers, and they asked if we would send video of us discarding the old stickers. I felt this was some sort of an attempt to hold their mistake over our head. The bottom line is that they should have done everything in their power to make sure we received the product that we paid for, and furthermore, not make us jump through hoops to get it. As some one who has worked in that industry and who works in retail, this is terrible business. We have spent thousands of dollars with All Sticker Printing over the last two years or so, and would have continued to do so, but that ends today. And I will make sure to tell anyone to avoid All Sticker Printing at all costs. Your loyalty as a customer means absolutely nothing to them!

I've used this company 16 times so far and each order has been perfect. When finding a printing company I spent 2 months researching and found them to have the best prices so I was worried about quality but they do a amazing job and send proofs 💪
