Had an important order that I…
Had an important order that I reordered. They have my artwork on file and usually a breeze but now going on two weeks I still have not received my package. I asked for them to give me an update and they said they checked on it and never heard back. I’ve done business with them for a while and it’s upsetting. I do not recommend their customer service. I know am delayed and now have to dispute a refund since I can’t get ahold of anyone. Don’t use them unless you want a customer service who cannot answer where my order is. Take your business elsewhere if you don’t want headaches

Highly Recommend!
This is an excellent company to work with! Their print and cut quality is flawless, prices are extremely competitive and the speed of their production is fantastic. My only suggestion for improvement is that I wish the adhesive on their labels was a little stronger. They do start peeling from the edges at times.

Good quality and price, but get the pdf prooof!
The website customization was easy to use, and there were plenty of options. My only trouble came in preparing the file. I would've liked more step by step instructions on exactly what to do with the template they give you. I declined the pdf proof because I was in a hurry to get the stickers, but I do regret that because the stickers didn't come out exactly how I wanted. Mostly my fault though. And it was still very cost effective!
