All Mower Spares Omdömen 

I ordered a spare part for my Victa mower back on the 8th of July and still have not received it. I received a confirmation email saying "IN STOCK, Ready to dispatch" and two days later another email claimed the order was "Awaiting Shipment". Since then I have received zero communication despite numerous emails and phone calls (which go to a recorded message). I wish I had read all the other reviews here before purchasing as I now see I am not the only one who has had issues. Looks like I have lost my money on this one.

I wish i had read some of the reviews first before making an order in March 2023 and still waiting for product or refund which they have been promising for weeks. I would say stay away at all costs

Terrible company to deal with. Made an online purchase in April (in stock item) which had not been recevied a month later. So asked to cancel and refund. Have been told multiple times via email that my refund is on the way. Have heard every excuse from covid to floods. They have now stopped replying to emails, and don't even bother trying to call - they won't answer. All the other 1 star reviews here seem to be the same, definitely avoid!!!

Purchased mower parts from this mob in December 2022 and waited 6 months for delivery and guess what wrong parts....sent them back for refund at my own expense and guess what no refund happening with this lot of thieves taking your hard earned...e-mails go round in circles so you lose intetest...No parts No refund No Good..No stars .Do not buy off this business as you will get ripped off...they give all the excuses under the sun to get out of refunding your money.........Complained to ACCC and was advised to go through Office of Fair Trading of which i did and they were extremely helpful ..printed out paper copy complaint form and screenshot all e-mails and original receipt of purchase and within a few days i got a refund 19th August 2023 placed back in my account...after 8 months lost out on return postage but happy i got refunded...Thank you office of fair trading...

Hard to say at this point as I have only just placed the order. Item was not in stock so there will be a delay. Ordering the part was simple. I have ordered parts here before and it went smoothly.

What a shocking company
Purchased a mower blade in December 2022 and 5 months later the company was unable to supply it. Asked for a refund and every time I get an email saying we are processing but no refund. Keep emailing and same answer every time. Now 9 Months later. Probably won't get any refund as this company appears to be scammers or are on on the way out. Suggest don't buy from this company and look elsewhere for any part you require. By the way went to a local mower shop and the part was in store in 2 days. Give this company a very large miss. Disgrace.
Need stars with negative numbers for this company.

Unfortunately I did not read reviews of All Mower Spares prior to an expensive purchase in May, 2023. Fortunately, however, I used PayPal to complete the transaction. I did note recently, however, that there were some positive reviews on some sites from customers but this was clearly not my experience.

Goods were promised for delivery within three weeks, which was ideal as I was leaving for a three month family trip in France a few weeks after that.

Trying to ring their two telephone numbers two weeks after expected delivery date elicited a response that staff were working remotely while messages left were not returned nor emails sent answered. That is when I started to search for reviews and was really disappointed to read comments in Word of Mouth, Trust Pilot and Product Review.

I send further messages requesting a refund or I would seek resolution through PayPay. Suddenly I got two emails, saying a refund request had been "forwarded to management for assessment and processing" and over a week later that "management was still reviewing all escalated refund requests".

I suspected then that they were delaying tactics to pass beyond the date when I could escalate a claim with PayPal and therefore the case would be closed in their favour. Also being overseas it was impossible to login to credit card provider to request a chargeback.

I was also unable to receive sms text verification codes overseas and wrote to PayPal requesting escalation of the case which three weeks later was closed in my favour with payment refunded. I presumed they had not even bothered to reply to PayPal’s request for further information.

I don't like leaving negative comments which do affect businesses but in this case I must. In every instance where I have used numerous internet purchases over many years I've experienced prompt, courteous service and had no issues. With All Mower Spares I experienced poor overall communication, claimed supplier delays, and refunds which never eventuated. These could possibly be interpreted as tactics to avoid repaying you once they have your money. If you can just pay a little more, and buy from someone who will treat you as a valued customer and ensure you receive your products.

They are just a pack of scammers as everone has stated. I ordered and paid for a part 9months ago, still havent recieved it and doubt if I ever will.

This place is a scam! Phone message says 'working remotely'. Order went in 3 months ago and this 'Wilma' via email keeps saying the refund is being processed. They didn't admit to not having the items in the first place before I put the order in. The address is bogus as the building is still up for lease since February this year. Don't go near this company - not on eBay either!

Absolutely laughable they are trying to get bad reviews removed... maybe put some effort into replying to your emails and processing refunds which you blatently lied about.

12th April - order placed and paid for
(back ordered until 11th May)
5th June - asked them for update
5th June - told me some pallets arrived and I should recieve an update in 3-5 working day bit if I don't here from them yo follow up again
24th June - Emailed to say I was still waiting.. no reply
28th June - please just refund me
29th June - advised my refund request was forwarded to management for assessment
30th June- emailed again for refund
2nd July- advised this was still being reviewed
11th July- advised I would lodge complaints with fair trading if refund not recieved in next week
13th July- asked where refund was
13th July- they said it should have been processed last week. apologised and said they were in the process of issuing a refund
18th July- asked where refund was

company has stopped replying to my emails

Great site which has all the parts I need for my ride on mower

Paid for a part, 3 months later advised they would not send and demanded double the money for it.

Scammed again like its been said already ,should have checked this site for comments etc . Same story as some others ordered parts the easy ones in stock were delivered fairly promptly .However the engine WELL you guessed it no stock was advised 60days from initial purchase was prepared to wait and its know just started the 6 month in again asking for refund etc Will have to go through charge back with bank etc Yes different names appear on emails never seems to be the same person.

DONT TRUST THEM. parts did not arrive when they were due then told they would be weeks longer so cancelled the order have been chasing them for a refund now for over 2 months. Lots of excuses but no refund

Excellent service, providing help (on a Sunday) and making the order process extremely easy and quick. Can't fault.

I wish I had checked the reviews first, I never received my order placed 6 weeks ago, I tried to contact them 2 weeks after the listed dispatch date asking for an update, they wont return emails, wont answer or return phone calls. Found out All Mower Spares is a division of Macarthur Mowers & Machinery at the same address and could look up my order but couldnt say when I wound receive it if ever.

Ordered a Victa lawn edger in December 22 and still not recieved goods.
Scam website phone numbers direct to message bank. Do not buy from All Mower spares

I give them only 1 star because this page does not let you go negative..
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I unfortunately placed an order on 20 Feb 23. After 3 months I chased my order. They made excuses blaming suppliers delays. I call BS. I asked for a refund. Thet was a month ago, still no refund.
There is a Facebook page. Dozens of people have had similar experiences. Don't believe the "5 star reviews" on this forum. They are probably fake.
Best advice is steer clear of All Mower Spares...
