"Games don't pay" doesn’t really match up with your actual gameplay.
Looking at your sessions, there have been multiple occasions where your balance was significantly up compared to what you deposited, including multiple wins around the £90–£100 mark on low stakes. The difference is that those balances were played down rather than withdrawn.
You've also mainly been playing high volatility slots, which by nature can be rough. That's how those games are designed.
So whilst I get that a rough session feels frustrating, it's not really a case of "no winnings", more a case of high volatility slots combined with not cashing out when in profit.
I can also see that you've now closed your account, which is completely fair if it wasn't feeling enjoyable anymore. If you do ever decide to return, however, you're more than welcome to email in and address it to me (Ebba), and I'll see what I can do.

took the time to explain the verification process to me as I have no photographic ID.
Not only did he explain to me in detail what ID was required but he listened to my own personal experiences that I have and are still going through.

What a lovely person he is and like I said I am only giving the 5 stars because of his time and help.

Great casino, played ABC for years and never had a reason go complain. Customer services are probably the best I have dealt with, their response times are very fast. Some people may find responsible gaming checks a pain but they are there for a reason, ABC take seriously and will limit accounts if they feel the players gambling levels/times are erratic.
Huge range of games including some of the golden oldies from yesteryear.
I’ve never had a problem with withdrawals over the years I have gambled with them.

Gambling is based on luck. The house has an edge, yes, that's how it works, but outcomes are still random.

A “technical glitch” which loses you the welcome bonus
I signed up for welcome bonus and told my deposit didn't go through as a technical glitch happened and so because of this I had to play slots regularly in order to receive the welcome bonus. Which then doesn't that not make it a welcome bonus?
Support told me nothing can be changed due to this apparent glitch during registration and ended the chat on me when I called it out to be illegal advertising, which it is!
I WILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH THE CORRECT GAMBLING RULING AUTHORITIES - I will also be reporting the rude unprofessional mannerisms of this Ebba customer service employee

That's a lot of caps for something you were clearly told upfront…
You were advised before making your first successful deposit that following an internal review, senior management made the decision to restrict your account from receiving bonuses and promotional offers.
The email clearly state that the bonus function is temporarly switched off on your account, and that it would only be re-enabled after we'd seen some regular gameplay without bonuses issued.
Despite that, you still chose to deposit £10 knowing you weren't eligible for the welcome offer at that time.
As per our bonus terms, elligibility is restricted for suspected abuse. These decisions are made in line with our internal risk and promotional controls.
Also, just to clear this up, support did not end the chat on you. The last message we sent was "We understand, you are free to do so." at 18:37, and the chat shows you disconnected at 18:42. You can request the transcript and see that for yourself 🙂
And regarding my replies, I'm sorry you find transparency unprofessional.
We don't do copy-paste apologies or robotic responses here. We actually look into each case and say things as they are so readers can see both sides, which the majority actually appreciates.

It's always a bit interesting reading reviews like this and then opening the account to see that a few rather important details didn't make it into the story. For example that tiny detail about using a payment method that didn't belong to you… which is, of course, a very clear breach of the terms. 😅

Everything was fine when I was depositing money (using PayPal) then about a week after opening my account PayPal was notifying me that someone was trying to take £20 I thought it was odd but didn’t think anything off it because there was no transaction on my PayPal account. Then I went to look at it this morning and there it was £20 taken by the trading name landleurope. Tried to contact these people only to be told that there was no transaction that they could see for £20! This casino and pub casino are the only ones trading under that name that I have signed up for so it couldn’t possibly be anyone else! Stay clear unless you want money disappearing from your account without your consent and they’ll claim they ‘don’t know’. Now on to PayPal to report fraud. Stay clear of this casino and their sister casino which is pub casino both bad, both scams.

First things first, we're a casino, not Netflix. We're not allowed to run subscriptions or randomly "take" money from your PayPal.
Every single PayPal payment has to be manually authorised by you inside your PayPal account. We physically cannot just dip into it, even if we wanted to.
If your PayPal is funded via bank transfer rather than card, PayPal can show the transaction on their side before the funds are actually taken from your bank. That delay is entirely on PayPal's processing timelines, we can't see or influence that part at all.
It's also quite simple to check. Count how many £20 deposits you made with us and match them against your PayPal activity. They will line up.
