Alfonica went above & beyond once again, whereby Nathan attended site to install a WiFi mesh system after being advised such is officially outside of their remit.

Excellent Service for Community
We are a local charity in Oldbury, West Midlands and provide help and support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. For our Let's Get Digital project, we needed SIM cards for participants' tablets. Sammy provided all the details about the different packages and helped choose the one best fit for our participants. He provided all support to set up the SIM portal. We. at Options for Life are very grateful to Alfonica for providing the SIM cards to our participants.

Excellent & Helpful Service
Sammy has been extremely helpful and proficient in supplying us with tablets for our operational teams and mobile phones too.
Having had previous issues with connectivity with our previous provider, he was very thorough in identifying and procuring the best options for our business and remained extremely competitive.
Alfonica, as a whole, were attentive and offered useful and realistic options; their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend their services.

Exceptionally fast and informative reply from Yehuda (Alfonica). Despite being located on another continent, Yehuda was able to shine a light and clear up the topic that was troubling me for some time now. Also, Alfonica's Youtube video about setting up IP Handset is very clear and informative. Highly recommended.
