Excellent customer service, got an issue sorted out quickly and efficiently. Great selection of brands and products too.

Literally, the worst customer service I have ever come across. They sent me a pair of faulty wellies and expected me to jump through hoops, print out 4 x return labels and drive for miles to return the wellies that they didn't quality check. They won't send me a new pair until they received the pair that they wrongfully sent me??!!! So I need to take time out of work, spend money on petrol and printing ink & be patronised because they didn't do their job properly in the first place. I wouldn't waste your time buying from this company - I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I really had a very bad service and once i requested to speak to the manager she was so rude and screaming at me... I just couldn't believe that this was the manager... i will never ever buy something from them!

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my son. The first were the correct size but the second were not. The company make you jump through hoops to sort out a return, including not issuing a refund “until they receive the return”. (Unless I want to keep a useless pair of shoes for 25% off - bargain!). They have made the mistake and whilst I have no issue returning the shoes (given that I have no use for them), many customers on Trustpilot have reported not receiving a refund, which naturally concerns me greatly. I wouldn’t personally recommend this company and certainly wouldn’t order from them again. I would urge anyone to use PayPal however to give them some recourse should they encounter similar problems.

Further to the above, I understand why other people have previously had issues with refunds. They sent me a prepaid return label for a Coventry address but via PayPal insist that the parcel needs to go to a London address. I only have one pair of shoes but they need to be in two different locations. What a joke! Avoid.

Update: They’ve had the parcel back for a week now and still no refund. I’m having to chase the refund with PayPal now. Please save yourself the bother and buy elsewhere.

Resolution: I’ve received a refund from PayPal (who found in my favour). This joke of a company said that I’d have to wait 3/4 weeks for a refund, whilst they send it back from Coventry to Sweden! Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and with the proof that they’d received it at Coventry, it was enough that they could close the case and issue the refund. BE WARNED!

Leider habe ich schon das 2 mal eine falsche Retoure verbucht bekommen. Das erste mal fehlte angeblich ein Teil im Wert von 40€ und meine letzte Bestellung wurde erneut ein Teil von ca 40€ mehr verbucht, was ich aber gar nicht behalten habe. Diese mal habe ich keinen nerv noch mal wochenlang mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt zu treten.
Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

My first time ordering from this company and last. I ordered a trike for my 3 year old daughter’s birthday I mailed and asked them if it would arrive on time and was told yes as it is 3-5working days shipping time to Ireland
I ordered on Sunday my daughter’s birthday is Saturday which gave 5 working days
It won’t arrive until Tuesday evening , I sent a message which was read and not replied to
Now I’ve to try to explain to my 3 year old why she has no present on her birthday
I’m absolutely devastated and clearly this company does not care at all about their customers

I ordered 3 article from dsquared ,but I received only 2...

I ordered a pair of shorts for my son and they were too small I returned them tracked the parcel it arrived back to them on may31 it’s now June 14 and no refund back into my account and no reply to my emails do not use this company

I have ordered from Alex and Alexa in the past and always been really happy with customer services. However, I purchased 2 pair of Nike trainers and returned 1 pair (too small). The were return delivered to Alex & Alexa on 27th May and I haven’t had a refund or a response to my enquiry via your website.

First time customer. Very satisfied with the experience (delivery and quality of products). Delivery takes a few days (across Europe), but carrier (UPS) lets you define the type of delivery (home or holding point).

My order arrived on time and was well-packaged. Their prices are reasonable and they provide good discounts. I found their customer service to be prompt and friendly.

Don’t buy from Alexandalexa! 3/5 items came spoilt, incomplete. 1/5 was missing. How ridiculous! When I email them, they can’t even follow up with my email and i’ve to repeat the issue so many times. On top of that, I still have to carry all the bulky items down to the post office for a return.

RECEIVED MY ITEMS , YES “ITEMS” INCOMPLETE!!!! NO BOX, NO DUST BAG? SO DOES THE GOLDEN GOOSE SENT YOU THE ITEMS INCOMPLETE TOO?!!

Have a item missing from my order tried to contact them numerous times no reply no telephone number

Never had problem with this company before. For a long while didn't order from them. Probably they changed the policy of company. Now they just steal the returned items pretending they didn't receive it. I returned some items from 2 orders in the same box. My fold was I just stick one return label on the box with the address and bigest weight, but I put both return forms in the parcel. So the return department didn't find one pair of boots in the box. Is a misterios department. So they find one extra pair of boots and it disappeared. They even didn't try to investigate. If they think they will be reacher with 38 pounds- Good luck. Alexandalexa is not the right way to create a good reputation!!!

I had ordered a Christmas gift for my niece. $130 spent 2 piece snowsuit. It took 3 weeks for item to arrive. And Then had to ship it to a different state where they live. the holidays came and gift was opened, unfortunately the way the pants were cut, they are not useable. A&N refused an exchange or credit since it was past 30 days the order was placed. The product was beautiful and good quality. But with throwing away $130 I will refuse to buy from them again or refer them. Bad customer service. It was not my fault it took them 3 weeks to get me the package. Nice timing guys, you really know how to stuff your pockets.

Very good selection of clothes is available but pricing policy based on shipping destination does not seem right to me.
For example:
Moncler White Long Sleeve Logo T-Shirt is listed for 90 GBP
When shipping country is changed to USA or Turkey the price becomes 150 USD
Based on today's exchange rates: 90 GBP = 120.67 USD
So the price increased by 30$ just because a customer is present in USA. One would expect that the price will be lower since the VAT should be taken off. And no, shipping is not included in the price - it should be paid separately.
As a summary, I do not recommend buying from this store unless you are located in UK.

Absolutely amazing company! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews so i chose the DHL shipping option and it was worth it!
I got my delivery within 48 hours!
I got my daughter some UGG boots and they are exactly what i wanted!
I am definitely a customer for life!
