Appalling! Total SCAM avoid at all costs. Cheap nasty fabric - I have better quality dusters!!!!!
Wish I had checked this site before I ordered - they are pretending to be something they are not - stealing photos. Kicking myself!!!!

Exactly the same as the other comments. Took weeks to arrive. Sizes too small/quality not as in the pictures. Told £30 to return to China or 15% refund. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering

AWFUL QUALITY!! Barely resembles the picture and fabric is worse than the polyester you might find on a cheap umbrella. Not the ‘high quality with a luxurious feel’ as described in the website. Interestingly on second look over the website it doesn’t state what the fabric is made of, which may be against trading standards. The ‘hassle free’ returns policy includes a £25 cost to ship to China!! Against UK advertising standards?

Do NOT order from this company! A complete scam! Sizes are completely wrong! It took ages to arrive and I cannot return unless I want to pay £30 postage! The name Alex London made me think it was a UK company. All from China! Never again! Very upsetting!

Have a feeling this is a scam… ordered a couple of weeks ago but no goods yet… however… have seen same item for 1/4 of the price on Temu.. might be Temu in disguise! 😩. Will wait a bit longer to see if anything turns up … feel a right twit falling for this 🙄

Absolutely awful. Nothing like their website pictures. ,Cheap, nasty run-up items. £25 for return as you have to send to China. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Do not buy from this company! It's basically Shein/Temu disguised as a London Boutique! Amazing photography then when the clothes arrive they are cheap and terrible quality plus returns are £25 to send back to China!

Waited a long while for delivery.Size was not accurate the material was cheap and nasty.Have to pay £25 to send it back.Don’t be conned as It’s not a UK company as the tittle of the company says……it’s from China.

Don’t buy from this company. The clothes are of inferior quality coming from China and when trying to return it costs £30 postage back to China

Company is just a complete scam. Items not as advertised, awful quality and no customer service/reply
The company changes its name on FB constantly.
I am now going to pass this over to pay pal and try to get a refund.

They are stealing someone else photos and projects!!! Scamers!!! Shame on you!!!!

Please be aware of this company they put Hassle free return within 30 days on their website but they do not offer this they give you a while saga of it will cost you £30 at least to return to China for which they cannot guarantee a safe return as the return is in the hands of Customs they are saying because they are so environmentally friendly they are thinking of CO2 emissions so the less planes used for their returns the better for the environment!,, basically they only have a central warehouse in China and do not want to reimburse you and definitively do not wish for the items back. Furthermore the sizing is totally wrong so PLEASE be warned. I got 25% back of £39.95 about £9.98 only they said an exception!,, I will never buy from advert again before checking reviews on line once bitten twice shy comes to mind
