Albion Windows and Conservatories Limited Omdömen

Excellent from planning to execution! No pressure to purchase just clear explanation. Workers were excellent and very clean. Thoroughly satisfied.

We have used Albion windows several times in recent years . They are local to us which we like to use if we can.
Excellent service from the first enquiry/ measuring and fitting of French doors this week.
Customer service is also excellent when we have had to call them to reposition our front door - this is when you can tell a company is committed to their products and customers.

Excellant , had my door done few years ago
So I was always going to use them for my windows
Would highly recommend

From the start I found Albion to be very considerate of my request and budget. Rob and his son were friendly, polite and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the installation of windows exactly as stated. Cleared up after themselves every day. Would highly recommend them and the whole company.

The fitters from Albion arrived at the time I was given. They installed the back door and the new porch very efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the job.

Friendly efficient service. Very good experienced installer and good customer service.

The windows are really lovely and the office staff and window fitters have been very easy to contact and are friendly.

A Fantastic job,
This is the second time that I have used Albion Windows. I was very impressed the first time, and I wasn't disappointed this time. There has never been an inflation of price as some companies do, who then reduce by thousands of pounds, when you don't accept. The price I paid was in line with final offers made by other companies.
Every stage of the process was done efficiently and as was promised in emails. The fitting guys knew their job, they got on with it with little disturbance to the house. They were great at cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

Local business with attractive showroom and range of nice doors. Helpful advice and no pressurised sales pitch. Good to deal with and responsive after sales service.

Good service from start to finish. Helpful friendly staff in the showroom who will answer any questions and help with choices. The fitter was very efficient, clean and tidy, and did a good job.
Would recommend this company.

Very prompt, clean and professional

Used this company 25 years ago for our windows which are still like new; so when we needed a new front door they were our go to. Informative, efficient and very reasonably priced - very pleased. Have recommended them to people for years and will continue to do so. Great service and products.

Excellent customer service, great work and good price.

Excellent all round

Quick, clean, 2 guys 1st class

Paul made the measuring/spec setting and quoting accurate and without pressure. Visiting to see the real thing in the shop was definitely worthwhile to settle any questions/doubts. John Fredericks British manufacturers gave confidence to my detailed special requests which were all delivered exactly. Luke and Jamie worked so hard over three days to fit precisely without incident and were so clean and tidy respecting my old house diligently. In all Albion Windows delivered a big project on time and to budget. Thankyou.

A pleasure to deal with, by far the most competitive quote for new windows and doors, excellent communication throughout the project. Perfect installation, a great experience from start to finish, thank you for the hard work.

We recently had replacement windows installed and Albion were a pleasure to deal with throughout.Their service was friendly and efficient, and we were extremely pleased with both the quality of the windows and the conscientious workmanship of the installers.

We have been using Albion Windows for 30years and they have never disappointed. The products are of a very high quality for a very competitive price. We have received many compliments on our new front door, Most of the work we had done was at the rear of the house, which less people can see. We are very happy with the finished product.

The fitters were polite, punctual with immense attention to detail. Albion Windows are an absolute local gem who we would have no hesitation in recommending.
