I bought a Qolsys system and wanted to do this as a DIY project. This company is fantastic. I had to call multiple times to help configuring and deciding what to buy and what would be compatible. They were very generous with their time, and universally highly knowledgeable. No hard sell, and when tech problems arose, very helpful and patient. They took back something I ordered by mistake without questions or hassle. Extremely reputable company. Prices reasonable too. I recommend them extremely highly--5 stars.

I bought a house that had a panel already installed and it suddenly ran into some communication trouble that seemed unfixable due to code changes. I was at a loss and immensely frustrated with the issue until I got ahold of Kalen D. He was able to entirely resolve the issue and create avenues for me to solve future problems. It took very little time and he really rescued my day. If you have problems with your panel, I absolutely recommend!!

After 15 yrs of being with my previous alarm company, I gave up with their long waits for service and higher than average pricing. AlarmGrid techs were helpful in upgrading my system and taking over my monitoring. This is more a DIY service with only phone tech help. If you're handy and somewhat technically savvy, it can save you $ and offers a good value

My existing IQpanel died, and I had to replace it. My system has about 30 devices tied to it - cameras, door locks, door and windows sensors, and flood sensors. With the help of Darrell Kittle on the Alarm Grid support staff, the conversion to the new panel went very well. It wasn't easy with a few curve balls thrown in, but Darrell got me to the finish line.

I've been relying on Alarm Grid for close to 10 years because the staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. This morning I had an issue regarding panel syncs and mobile access, and Kalen was able to provide phone support in real-time with very little wait in the queue.

I've had residential alarm systems for 44 years (which I installed). I spent 46 years in the electronic security industry in sales, operations, central station and management. I know a little bit about about the business.

I recently had problems with our POTS line (copper theft according to AT&T) and opted to upgrade my system by adding a dual-path communicator (purchased from AlarmGrid). The upgrade went flawlessly with the help of Thomas W from AlarmGrid. So, far so good. I definitely recommend AlarmGrid for any of your security system/monitoring needs.
