I was a previous customer years ago and had a great experience then. I came back as a customer again based off of that and I was not disappointed. Prices on equipment and service plans are reasonable, service is great (for whatever isn't self-service or otherwise automated, they're quick to follow up with a live person to take care of things), about all I can ask for. Kalen D was prompt and professional and got me squared away with what I couldn't take care of myself.

The team at Alarm Grid team's knowledge and experience is exceptional. From purchase to activation they are very available for any questions or advice. I recommend their solutions and services for any home or business.

This company goes above and beyond expectations. I have worked with a lot of alarm installers and monitoring stations in US and Europe - way-over-charging, arrogance, vagueness, rudeness, hiding information to preserve their monopolies, has been the norm for decades. AlarmGrid noticed this market-space and is the exact opposite of the classic alarm industry. They go out of their way to help you set up your system, they locate problems you may have missed, they encourage you to do-it-yourself, they show patience for issues/errors you made that they have seen 100's of times. Their fees are very fair and their staff is super-polite with old-fashioned courtesy. Trust is a very, very rare thing these days, but from my experience this company can be trusted.

I was able to get tech support help with do it yourself installation . He walked me thru the setup.
I had help from family with setup running cables because I didn't want wireless because all my network is hardwired. Plus it helped that I and family had network experience for the wired install. It would be easy for a do it yourself person for a wireless install.

I’ve been with Alarmgrid a couple of years now. I have the Qolsys4 panel with 4 cameras, smart duplex outlet for hard resetting the modem and router remotely, temp monitoring, water line heater control, glass break, motion detection and a number of window sensors. The system is wireless and has reliably worked with the exception of a Honeywell freeze/flood sensor. Alarm Grid has been exceptionally good at supporting my system when new capability has been added. Recently Darrell K. worked through some integration issues with the PG9905 temp sensor that required additional support from Alarm.com. Both companies worked thru the software issues and got the sensor working with both the App and Panel. This sensor monitors the basement temp and notifies me if the temp drops below a specific setpoint that I can control remotely. While I also have an ADT system at our winter home I find the flexibility and cost of the Alarm Grid system to be far superior. When the ADT contract ends in another year I will switch over to Alarm Grid on our winter home.

While I installed this alarm system several years ago, I only contracted with Alarmgrid this week for their monitoring service. My experience during the initial system turn up for monitoring was exceptional. I worked with Darrell K during this process. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service attitude made this a great experience.

After terminating our contract with a previous monitoring firm we switched to Alarm Grid. What a pleasant surprise. I dealt with Nicholas Fuller who was super to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable as he helped me through the process. I also, after initially purchasing a specific package and, after further research asked to switch to different plan more suitable to our circumstances. The process was seamless. In summary, great customer service and obviously a very customer focused company. Very happy with the purchase thus far and would highly recommend.

Kalen D was my installation pilot for a new LTEM cell communicator for my Vista 20P controller. original installation left no code for getting the Vista into programming mode. Kalen walked me through a "back door" process to access the Vista. Quick and mostly easy process after that. Friendly and professional.

I contacted AlarmGrid to connect the panel I purchased with the home. I didn't have a single password for it and the previous company refused to give any codes. Nicholas Fuller at AlarmGrid was very supportive and was able to remotely connect and reset the panel to a proper state to recover my access. I was very pleased with the service.
