Between us we we ended up getting the colour wrong on some items, but your excellent customer service team quickly resolved this situation and left the furniture with us to use until the replacements arrived. They also allowed us to change the style on one item.

Uncomfortable and poor quality
Bought a bed and couch set, would never shop at Alan Ward again, the quality is poor and uncomfortable and it was not cheap.

We love our new sofa and chair
We love our new sofa and chair. Everything was managed very well from ordering and delivery. The only limitation is the length of time for delivery which was 9 weeks or so. Worth the wait when it arrived. Thanks.

Good customer service in store…
Good customer service in store (Winsford). The salesman was very helpful and patient with my elderly mother who was looking to buy a sofa and chair Good communication throughout the delivery process and the delivery men assembled everything and were helpful. I have used Alan Ward in Winsford on numerous occasions as they stock quality furniture at competitive prices and the offer an excellent service

Furniture from Alan Ward
We have bought a bed and bedroom furniture from Alan Ward since moving house a short time ago.
We were given excellent and well informed information and advice from the staff who were most helpful but not ‘pushy’
We are delighted with our purchases.
Alan Ward guided us and informed us of what was happening to our purchases whilst we waited for their arrival.
They delivered on time on the day specified and the delivery men were careful with our items and most pleasant.
