Truly awful experience buying from these people.
Truly awful experience. Still haven't received the equipment we paid thousands of dollars for, and the customer service is disgusting. I would gladly post screenshots of the emails and texts from these unprofessional creeps. Will never use them again, OR buy from the manufacturer, Somerset, that co-signs their BS. I have an AG complaint working through the system now.

Ordered at ABestKitchen through International Checkout! December 27th 2019 a limited edition Château Laguiole Sommelier Faure-Brae Corkscrew. Slightly slow delivery, but on January 16th I receive my package, which unfortunately contains the wrong item (Standard Château Laguiole). I contact them regarding the problem, they say they will return. Now, on March 27th, I still haven't heard back, and it's not because I haven't tried. So ended up paying double the price for an item I can buy anywhere.
I'm not a fan.

Resolved an issue quickly
Based on a manufacturer's item number, I did a search for the best price and found it at akitchen.com, however, they were using an incorrect item number so I was shipped a different item than expected. This was resolved through their customer service department and I am now a satisfied customer and will likely order from them in the future.
