Use to get 3 days of viewing recordings for free now they have changed it without warning and you can’t now. Also the human detection keeps switching off so constantly have to keep checking it’s working and switch it back on.
Customers service is a joke. Have been trying to contact them on the app this months about this and no answer. Very disappointed in it. Was good at the start but didn’t last long. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BUYING FROM THEM. SCAMMERS

At first I had problems with the doorbell, I took the option of a free trial and it was'nt great, I cancelled the subscription, but a few days later I got all of their services for free, they have been free for almost a year now....maybe I was just lucky....

Awit door cameras are useless no customer service but automated messages on the app. if the camera malfunctions you are on your own literally keep away from the product and company. Most importantly you have to save your bank card on the app and that means the company hold your card to ransom and can take any amount at any time AVOID!!

Do not use this service. If you ever have an issue they will give you the run around and never fix the issue. The cameras work fine in the beginning and then malfunction if you switch anything with your WiFi service. You will not be able to reach anyone by phone and messaging will be limited. They are a huge waste of time & could use a class in customer service etiquette. Whatever you do, if you message them be sure to use another device to screenshot it. They make promises and do not fulfill them and will delete the thread. RUN!

Laatse contact was inmiddels 2 maanden geleden, alle informatie naar ze gestuurd om het abonnement om te zetten zodat ik de opnames kan bekijken. En nu al 2 maanden aan het wachten op een reactie terug! Schandalig!

I had two video doorbell cameras for over a year without issues. However, I changed my Wi-Fi service provider and then could not get my cameras to reconnect to the new provider. Eventually I was able to get one to connect, but the other continued to not work.
I was unable to connect to customer service through the app or over the phone, and have been awaiting an email response. Given that video storage is a subscription, every day my camera doesn't work is money wasted for the year I bought.

I deeply regret purchasing this IP doorbell. At first glance, it seems like a decent product.. until you realize that basic functionality is completely locked behind a mandatory subscription. Want to view the video of who rang your bell? Too bad, PAY UP. Want to see snapshots of motion events? Nope, not without subscribing to their overpriced cloud service.

This is nothing more than a glorified camera unless you give them a monthly fee forever. There’s no local storage option, no SD card use, no access to your own device’s footage unless you go through their servers and pay them for the privilege. It’s predatory, plain and simple.

I bought a doorbell camera, not a recurring expense. If I had known they’d ransom core features, I’d have never touched this brand. Returning it and replacing it with something that respects its customers. Avoid at all costs.

Aiwit deurbel gekocht half maart. Sinds afgelopen week begint de bel allerlei kuren te krijgen. Honderd foto’s te nemen van de omgeving terwijl hij dit eerst niet deed. Gevolg batterij snel leeg. Nu na een fikse regenbui blijft de bel aangeven dat er iemand aan de deur staat terwijl dit niet het geval is. Apparaat is diverse keren gereset en zelfs even verwijderd van mijn telefoon maar blijft na inbrengen van de batterijen wederom aangeven dat er iemand aan de deur staat. Volgens de koopvoorwaarden heb ik geen fabrieksgarantie!

do not buy this camera doorbell .when someone is at the door .you get a notification to your phone you look to to see who is there and you get an full page advert blocking from seeing who is there it .pointless .by the time you click away the advert they are gone...

Ooit gekocht via bol en er was geen abonnement nodig. Paar weken na aankoop moest je plots gaan betalen ! Dan krijg je nu zelfs nog reclame voor je kan zien wie er aan de deur belt. Nutteloze videodeurbel is dit dus ! Tegen dat je de reclame gepasseerd bent om te kijken wie aan de deur staat zijn ze al 5 minuten weg. Mensen koop deze videodeurbel NIET!

Had to purchase a years subscription of 29.99 been using for a year and 3 months camera was not charging just before the subscription ended thought it may be the cable been charging for over a week nothing, contacted customer service who sent a advert to replace for free automated message received my request is priority dent 4 emails since no reply and have paid a year subscription which ends feb 26. sent another message requesting part payment still no reply. Bunch of scammers

P0rn advertisement for 30s before connection.

This product does not fully function without an annual cloud storage subscription. There is no localised memory storage. I used the trial subscription but the functionality was erratic. It failed to capture my movements. Final straw was when the Motion Detection sensor switched off by itself.

I would give a zero if an option.
I have doorbell cameras and they are great!
I was excited for the light bulb camera. The picture quality seems to be decent but as soon as I unplug the he charging cable it disconnects & turns off. I contacted the company who states it must be screw in but not left on for very long as it his will ruin it. So I said, I can only use it for about an hour & need to be sittting next to it to make sure it doesn’t get ruined. What?! That can’t be right. Other than keeping it plugged in, I don’t see a way of keeping it running.
I wish the chat features wasn’t A.I so I figure out how to fix this or be old his is how it works.

A total con. I subscribed to the free one month trial, which was cancelled by the company after 24 hours. I then foolishly paid £34.99 for a 6 month basic subscription. This also ceased to operate after 24 hours. Screenshot of the GPay payment record was sent along with a complaint. Guess what. I was sent instructions on how to set up the camera, which was working perfectly.
Avoid this company at all costs, they are robbers.

I have had nothing but trouble with these cameras since i got them! I reach out to customer service for help and they tell me to cancel my account since i am unhappy. WTF! Bad camera even worse customer support. Get a RING

Advertising machine by a doorbell camera that you have paid money to buy. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don't waste your money. This company should be ban from trading.

Na iedere update is er weer nieuwe ellende. Ik heb de betaalde versie met opslag. Nu na de laatste update neemt de deurbel veel teveel op. We hebben geen instellingen veranderd, voor de update ging het oké. Nu gemiddeld 200 opnames per dag. Na vorige updates kan er maar 1 iemand ingelogd zijn, daarvoor sowieso 2.
P.s: ik woon gewoon in Nederland.

I just tried to set up home camera in living room so I could check pets when out... And some guy from Austria started talking, said he could see me and my home, and I should get my money back and it is very bad. He said he got notification and checked his app and it shown him my camera view.
That's so bad. So I have unplugged and I will not use it, and now feel scared to try any other indoor camera. I'm glad he spoke and warned me, somebody else could have kept quiet and spyed on me. Very worrying.
