Absolutely appalling service purchased one of these doorbells. Advertised on tik tok as no subscription needed. Set it up but needed to pay £34.99 subscription. The camera stopped working after one day with being intermittent in what it recorded from day one. Customer service do not respond for ages and when they do it’s useless. Sent the camera back to tik tok and got a refund but trying to get a refund from Aiwit for the subscription is futile !!

Had deze bel gekocht zonder abonnement, maar goed nog geen jaar later werd ik verplicht deze te kopen. Niet gedaan !! maar nu eerst hele tijd reclame voordat ik kan zien wie er aan de deur staat. Heb vandaag de deurbel in de kliko gedonderd en mijn nieuwe Eufy deurbel altijd zonder abonnement maar met sd kaart gehangen. Echt wat is dit een gevalletje valse voorwendselen.

I have 2 doorbell cameras seemingly paying for 3 which are now cancelled as hardly any feed service despite numerous complaints were working OK and had for a couple years now next to nothing...more complaints via app but next to no replies.excuse after excuse.....Total waste of money over £ 90 paid and £2-45 refund....this firm is a joke..!!! Do not waste your money...

I purchased the Aiwit doorbell and home cctv- it was absolutely awful. After a couple of months the doorbell required charging every few days, didn’t pick up motion & was completely unfit for purpose.

Customer service is abysmal- after months of raising concerns about the product I was told I would receive a replacement, then I was told it was out of warranty & I wouldn’t be receiving a replacement. Thereafter I was completely ignored. Do NOT purchase!!!
Fortunately I purchased via Amazon & although I had the products for 10 months I was able to return & have received a full refund.
I also contacted Apple & explained the issues I had with the doorbell & cctv which then rendered the app useless & I have received a full refund from them too.
Save yourself the hassle- DO NOT BUY!!!

They double charged me over one camera. Asked for a refund. Talked back and forth so many times still didn’t get my refund. Strongly feel being cheated. Now they stopped communicating with me. So frustrated.

Purchased in August on the understanding that multiple days cloud storage was free, it has been until now. This was the reason I chose this over others on offer.

Cannot view now unless you pay a subscription fee. UPDATE:The seller has now restored free cloud services after contacting via Amazon. Very happy as the quality of recordings is fabulous.

Update 24/09/24. Now having to endure ads before viewing unless I subscribe. Have emailed & reminded them of the conditions of purchase but nothing is resolved. I have also just read that the doorbell is easily hacked & infiltrated so definitely would no longer recommend this product. Amazon needs to remove it from their site.

Update 17/12/24-2 yrs after purchase. Once again, viewing the door is prevented without viewing ads first or subscribing. They continue to breach their contract of sale terms and Amazon should not be endorsing this company as they are unscrupulous. All current emails bounce back!!!

Now alarm bells chime at full volume randomly, even if you close the app. How is this possible? Further, there is no way to contact them but the behaviour of the app is an indication of harassment, trying to force a subscription. Not happening.

Consumer Reports (CR) has exposed critical security flaws in Aiwit-powered video doorbells, which are sold under various brands like Tuck and Fishbot, finding them vulnerable to takeover by anyone with physical access to the device and the Aiwit smartphone app. Attackers can gain control of the device, view still images, and even access a user's home Wi-Fi network. CR's investigation identified that Eken, the Chinese company behind the Aiwit app, has not responded to the findings, and some retailers have not removed the devices despite warnings. ,,,this is why everyone getting ignored, check your devices with the 3 dots to see if your getting spied on

Absolutely disgusting, I bought a video doorbell that came with free lifetime 3 day storage, However after a year then free subscription stopped and now I can only view if I pay

2 years in a row they've tried yo make my buy at least 2 one year subscriptions by making the first not recognisable all of a sudden!!! 15 days already since nobody's answering my requests/questions about the situation, etc !!!!

I have had the video doorbell for a while Google cloud took my payment last month but I can't access any videos it tells me to subscribe which of course I have done several times I can't access there customers service at all I think I've been ripped off.

Worked ok at first. Now app has endless ads that pop up. Camera less responsive and doesn’t work as well. It “ok” for a cheaply, but not very reliable. Charger does not work well at all. Look for something else instead of this one.

I have now spent 4 days trying to set up my account and download videos from my camera without any luck. You can't speak to a customer service person. I have paid my money and have had to validate my account with my credit card. Done that. Now they are asking for a receipt to show iv paid. This service and company are a joke and would not recommend them to anyone

These must be the worst doorbell/cams on the market doesn't work at all now though it's fully charged it won't connect to WiFi yet ive got the strongest WiFi signal possible SO GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BETTH THEY ARE RUBBISH

I was initially impressed with these AIWIT security cameras, but after a few months, they stopped working altogether. The app no longer connects, and customer support is non-existent. I think the company (if it really was one) is now defunct. Definitely DO NOT BUY!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the cameras have a habit of changing their settings on their own, when I've approached customer services with the issue, their approach is give steps to follow and if those don't work they ask you to move the camera, which defeats the object of putting the camera where it is. And if it doesn't get fixed they just keep copying and pasting their responses. Absolutely useless employees, zero help, avoid their service, I'll be seeing out the year subscription but I won't be renewing.

De app is niet beschikbaar op google play en ik kan geen andere werkende app vinden dus de camera is nutteloos!
