Always use this company. Very easy to book and everything is straight forward.

Simple and easy runs like clockwork always use

The “Drop and Go” system works reasonably well provided, of course, that you know exactly when you are arriving and departing. If you happen to know when you are leaving but, rather inconveniently, don’t know precisely when you will be returning, the system becomes considerably less impressive.

I needed to change my return date because I was able to come back earlier than expected. I duly went online via the Holiday Extras app, which is associated with the Airparks brand, and selected the “Return Early” option. This helpfully instructed me to telephone a number, which I did, from abroad, naturally.

After patiently listening to the entire menu of options, I was eventually advised by the AI robot to go directly to the website. At which point, having performed its final act of helpfulness, it promptly hung up.

I eventually managed to submit somewhere the details of my new flight online. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no confirmation, acknowledgement or indication that the request had actually been received or, indeed, that anyone at the company ever reads these submissions. I didn't know whether I could pick my car up earlier or not.

An impressively efficient system, provided nothing changes. The moment you need to make a simple amendment, however, you are apparently on your own.

I’m sure it works wonderfully in theory. Personally, I’ll be taking my chances elsewhere next time.

Drop off is super easy. Park the car, check your key in, get on the bus. Collection was a bit less fun. It was 1am and everyone was tired, the bus seems to take ages to come, had no air con and all the windows were shut. Two hour flight from Alicante and felt fine, 10 minute journey on the bus and felt pretty sick at the end of it. Additionally, the car was shoehorned into a space with another car close behind it and it took several goes to get it out in the pitch darkness. It was the same last time we used Airparks, departure is way more pleasant than return. Still the most convenient option for Luton for us but ‘could do better’.

This is the 3rd effort to send this email without losing it all. The driver put us off the bus at the balhi hotel. This was not our destination. We knew from a previous booking in June 2026 where to get off and where to be picked up. The pickup was 50 minutes late. This I believe is dowe to the person who accepted the booking and payment.

Straightforward online booking process. Good directions to parking site. No problems at barrier on entry or exit. Plenty of available parking. 6 minute walk to Departures and Arrivals.

Amazing Service, from start to finish, really lovely lady who picked us up from the Airport last night. I highly recommend, this company, no stress, really easy, and very reliable

Easy to book and plenty of space available and close to airport.
Only one small downside is the surface of the car park. If all the area could be tarmacadamed it would make wheeling suitcases easier.

From purchase to parking, all went without a hitch.

Easy to book, easy to get to and regular services to and from the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Perhaps a little expensive for self parking but hey ho!

Collection on return was not well organised and the driver left his bag on the floor beside his seat - creating a trip hazard.

Easy to enter car park, but when leaving stuck behind other cars having difficulty exiting, stuck behind for 25 minutes, when our turn we exited straight away.

Wow, I’ve never parked so easily. Birmingham Airport Airparks Express. This car park is easy to find, best follow “what3words” and then pin on Apple/Google maps as it takes you straight to the carpark entrance. The staff on the gate are welcoming and efficient. Got directed to pull up behind the “Follow me car” once I was given my ticket and the barrier is lifted. Again, friendly staff welcome you and instruct you to follow the car and they will find you your space. Once you have parked up and gotten sorted you can make your way to any bus stop and just a short wait for one of the shuttle buses then just a 3 minute ride to the Airport terminal. Location is perfect!
The bus driver will tell you which bus stop to arrive back at once you have enjoyed your holiday. Be sure to keep your ticket that is issued to you on your arrival at the carpark as you will need to show it for your journey back.
I only used them to pick up family from their holiday but hands down beats the drop-off and the extortionate prices!! Will definitely use them again to both holiday and to collect family. 😊

The process of handing in the keys and retrieving them was straightforward. The transfer bus was waiting when I arrived and came after a short time on my return.

Simple booking and ease of access with close proximity to the Airport.

We found the carpark with ease, well signed 👏. Advised where to park, and the bus was close to us. Easy to recall our pick up.. Ebay 😆. When we returned to my Honda CR-V.. she was flat 🤔.. (New battery) possible me. We Advised the site office-within 5/10 minutes a guy came with a starter pack on wheels 🛞 😀 Exultant service 😀 so we where on our way. We would use Airparks again... (I parked my own car & kept my keys) the transfer time is around 15 minutes by bus... which is fine 🙂 (You can't Walk-it would be unsafe as your out on the open road and it's too fare!)
Felt very secure at the carpark, not so much lighting, but lots of cameras...
