Easy to order and Great Delivery Service !!!

Ordered two diesel filters which arrive quickly and efficiently. However, on inspection both filters have been very poorly manufactured, allowing dirty, unfiltered fuel to bypass the filter and contaminate the "filtered fuel". I have tried to email (six emails so far to four seperate addresses found on the website. Delivery receipts for emails have been received but not a single response. I also found a telephone number, that has an answer phone service with no way of leaving a message. I will now be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and claim a charge-back. If you use this company and everthing goes well you will probably be happy. If something goes wrong you will have no way of contacting them or getting any solution. Beware!

I was contacted by Aneem after almost a week of sending emails. She was most helpful, arranged a full refund and apologised for the experience. It seems there was some difficulty with my emails not arriving.

I made my first purchase from Aim Tools based on cost. I bought a diesel fuel filter/separator plus extra cartridges.
They were delivered promptly and in good order but I discovered a slight problem with the filter itself. I needn’t have worried though because on getting back in touch with them it was very quickly and expertly dealt with and to my complete satisfaction.
Overall I’ve been very pleased with my purchase and the service received so I won’t hesitate to purchase from Aim Tools again.

Found it cheaper to order from their own website than their Amazon account. Order arrived within 3 days and upon expecting I found it to be of high quality, I look forward to many hours of use.

I seen the product on line and I wanted the item for my wife I would help her in her cutting out of patterns the is very good and quick delivery was very good 👍 and the product is very very good

Purchased an Axe with this company via Amazon. The Axe broke at the handle after using it a second time. I have emailed this company three times looking for a replacement or refund and have not received a reply. I suppose they are going on the assumption that if you ignore it, it will go away! Also as I have been emailing via Amazon, I have received two feedback requests from them. On both occasions I advised Amazon team that I have not had any response, I also emailed Amazon team to advise them of this. Also no response!!! Please be aware that the "TOPWAY 331212 Wood Splitter Axe with Fiber Handle 1.1/4LB, Yellow" is not fit for purpose, in fact it is dangerous. And poor show Amazon and Aimtools for not addressing this.

Update from suppliers response as I am unable to reply via their response below. Order No. 206-4130340-6095511. The supplier is now providing another support email address and not the support email address that I used and the one they provide on their web site. All very confusing!
