I've only recently received the item and so far only one journey under my belt. The satnav worked well on this one occasion - i deliberately chose a destination i was unfamiliar with. The satnav is specially for campervans/motirhomes and i have yet to test its ability to keep me away from low bridges etc - this was one of the major points that persuaded me to choose this unit - it seemed to get better reviews for this aspect than some of the others, including Garmin It seems feature-rich and the fact that it is android based so can have music & media apps installed may prove attractive to some, but personally i prefer to use my tablet for such things when vanning.. The voice is pleasant enough, the volume has jyst about enough adjustment (can't play it through car speakers), and it connects to phone for live traffic. Visuals whilst driving are helpful and attractive. I had occasion to contact customer services because there was a problem with the windscreen mount, and help was polite and swift and they sent a replacement mount quickly.

Everything was great and what I liked was the option to leave with a neighbour by giving their address which I did when ordering as I knew I wouldn't be home, however I messaged my neighbour to give her the delivery time and still the item was left outside my front door. My 91 year old neighbour had to leave her house to go and pick my package up.

Ordered and delivered on time and the 7000rv seems to be great so far all working fine,the only thing I can fault is a lack of wireing diagram but managed to figure it out.

Caravan and Motorhome specific satnav.used in Europe (France, Spain and Belgium). Really good graphics as well as the spoken directions. The ability to put coordinates in for a destination was invaluable.
