It's difficult to articulate just how great a trainer Melanie Franklin is.
I have attended three of her courses over the years. She has the memory of an elephant, and her delivery style if conversational and engaging. Will definitely be applying everything I learnt.
One tip - Do the pre-course reading! It will improve your experience as well as aid your learning :)

I really enjoyed training with Melanie. Melanie's knowledge of the course was obvious to see from the outset and so having her as my trainee was a very valuable experience. The real life examples she gave us made understanding of the material much easier, giving us a feeling of how we'd apply certain things into different scenarios. She was very open to any questions we may have and always did her best to make sure we understood everything which I greatly appreciated.

Melanie is definitely the most knowledgeable and passionate trainer out there. Throughout the course, it's clear she practices everything she teaches, through accounting for all learning styles and preferences, gathering and implementing feedback, and providing clear and relevant practical examples to illustrate the more conceptual topics. There is so much value added by learning with Melanie and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Will you feel like you can't keep up with Melanie? Yes!
But will you learn a lot from her real life experiences and connections? Definitely.
She keeps the course very practical and relevant, so, by the end of your course, not only will you feel prepared and comfortable to undertake your exams, you will be glad that you went through that journey with her rather than anyone else.

Informative presentation with real life scenarios that we could relate to. Being able to work with others across various sectors was useful. Melanie was enthusiastic and made herself available for questions, encourage dialogue.

Great course, well delivered. The only feedback is for the break-out sessions to be given a time limit so the groups know what they are working towards - you never quite knew when you would be getting bumped out of a virtual room.

I had the best learning experience in the Agile Change Management course with Melanie Franklin as instructor. The course was interactive, lots of relevant sharing of experiences and opportunity to practice learnings in breakout groups. The content was “deep” or thorough – seemed to have covered everything to make one a confident and competent agile change agent. Melanie delivered the content with conviction and energy; sharing lots of stories and giving examples to bring the material to life -- making it practical and applicable to any change. This has been one of the best trainings I have attended. I left with the desire to want to master the subject and apply it.

Having just completed the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Course with Melanie, I am once again awed by level of training provided and the manner in which it is delivered. Melanie is truly a consummate trainer and I am ready to book any session with her. Training is delivered in a practical and engaging manner with lots of fun, which helps it to take root. There is a high level of expertise and experience that Mel shares very freely with the group. Melanie delivered an excellent agile change course which was interesting, inspiring and provided a wealth of knowledge, techniques and information.
