Melanie was extremely thorough in the course delivery. Really enjoyed the course and learned a lot from the 2 day sessions.

Session was great, but scope is too much to take in 2 days. It will be good if this can be spread up in 3 days.
Melanie's knowledge and insight on the subject is invaluable. 3 days would mean participants like us will get better chance to learn from her experience.

The Agile Change Management course run by Melanie was great. It was packed with useful pragmatic ideas and cohesively presented in an engaging way.

Melanie Franklin is one of the most dynamic and progressive thought leaders on change and attaining real benefits for organizations. What I valued the most was Melanie's keen ability to take complex topics and decompose them in a way that makes good sense. Melanie provides models and approaches that are elegant - simple, but yet effective. I feel very fortunate to have been able to take Melanie's Agile Change Agent course; I am now more confident in my ability to apply what Melanie taught to help my organization become more agile. Take any opportunity you can to learn from Melanie's wisdom.

A very good course, lots of practical examples and opportunities to discuss how the content can be used within our own companies.

The Agile Change Agents course was attended by a very mixed group and Melanie responded really well to this.

I know some people really enjoyed the anecdotes and experiences that Melanie drew into the course to explain or demonstrate learning points, where others would have preferred to stick to the material. That's a difficult one to address, as it's impossible to please everyone!

What was more important to me is the way Melanie flexed the agenda as a direct response to feedback. On the first day, some of the group provided feedback about their learning style and that they were struggling to understand some elements of the material. To meet the needs of the group, Melanie created additional resources to share and made amendments to the day 2 Agenda. This was all done on the evening of day one, after a full day of delivery, so I really appreciated that Melanie was so responsive to feedback and went the extra mile.

In addition, Melanie offered one to one calls outside of the agreed start and finish times, on the evening and early the next morning, again going above and beyond to support the attendees, which I know was very much appreciated.

Some of the group took up the offer of a one to one call and as I was the course organiser, fed back to me that they appreciated the extra support and said it made a big difference to their confidence.

The resources and text book provided with the course were extremely useful and pave the way to consolidate on the learning after the course.

Some people felt that there is still so much to learn and were concerned about this, but in true alignment with the conscious incompetence / competence theory, the course has highlighted the learning opportunities ahead and a real opportunity to apply the learning in a practical way.

A really though-provoking session which I took a lot away from.

Melanie is an amazing coach. She made the sessions enjoyable and personable by telling us a bit about her past projects and why she promotes the Agile way of working. Even though we were a bit disadvantaged by not having long to do the pre-course reading - not Melanie's fault at all - the course was entertaining and insightful. I definitely feel more knowledgeable on the topic of Agile Change Management and that is all down to Melanie, so THANK YOU!

Melanie - outstanding Trainer on Agile Change management - able to bring the team forward as a group . This particular session had individuals from many different work levels, background, seniority within the DHSC and different experience levels, and Melanie kept us focused on the training , preparation for undertaking the external exam and as well as installing the principle of Agile Change Management in a concise and understandable manner. Please note all DHSC Change agents are volunteers, thats why the final outcome was so outstanding - We passed - and for some within this group it was their first external qualification ever - Thank you Melanie

Melanie is clearly very knowledgeable and hugely experienced in her field. Her enthusiasm for change was infectious and she was able to adapt the course to the majority of participants' needs as the course progressed. The only constructive feedback I can give is that the course was not fully integrated or tailored to the change we as an organisation are going through so the context for us a participants wasn't wholly applicable (we are more change facilitators than change managers). Not fair to expect Melanie to bespoke her course to this nuance, just felt like a gap. Content and support to pass the exam were still excellent.

Melanie was extremely knowledgeable and passionate on the subject.
It was a whirlwind two days of lots of information that was well presented. It was my first time on a change agent course and maybe a little too in depth for me, but I hope things will become clearer as I spring into action!

Melanie is an expert in what she does. She led us patiently through the Agile Change Agent course and shared her knowledge easily.

Extremely engaging and entertaining training. The content was spot on and really got us talking as a group. Lots to take away and apply in practice. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Mel is an incredible trainer - the days went by in a blur. I would highly recommend this course.

I really enjoyed the Agile Change training course.
It was delivered at a pace that was right for me and the examples and case studies that Melanie was able to use to support and bring the material to life really made it engaging for me.

I found the course useful, but only because I already work in a very agile team and I needed the paperwork to prove I could do it.
The course tutor was obviously very knowledgeable in her field, however conversations strayed frequently.

There were some very useful tools in the book.

Fantastic course delivered brilliantly, full of positive techniques that can be used in the real world. Melanie tailored the course to the individuals and backed up the theory with examples that everyone could relate to. Great cohort of candidates too covering various organisations and geographies, that really added to the learning experience. Would highly recommend Melanie and both the Agile Change Agent and Change Management Practitioner courses for those involved in managing change.
