Après ma requête concernant mon moyen de paiement que j'ai souhaité enregistrer et après avoir attendu plus d'un mois, je n'ai eu aucune suite favorable de afrisight. Chaque fois Afrisight ne fait que me demander des informations que j'ai toujours fournies. Mon problème n'étant pas réglé, hier j'ai essayé de faire un retrait en rechargeant d'unités mon numéro Moov. Non seulement je n'ai pas eu les unités mais cela a suffit pour que afrisight bloque mon compte aujourd'hui. Pour ne pas me payer mes 23.92 dollars que j'ai sur mon compte, l'argument est trouvé. C'est moi que afrisight taxe de faux et usage de faux. Ce n'est pas du tout sérieux. Donc attention.....

I always get paid to my account. Lately(Since the migration to the new website), I have not been receiving rewards for the surveys completed, and the app is not working properly. I cannot log in because the OTP always arrives late.

Survey screen out always very late. After spending nearly 40 minutes. No button for support available especially when processing payouts which is also a ripoff. Exchange rate via the airtime top up option at around 75% of current exchange rate

I hope you're doing well.
I'm trying to redeem my rewards using the Mobile Top-Up option, but I'm unable to complete the process. Every time I enter my Nigerian phone number, I receive the message: "No available operators found for the given criteria."
I have tried both MTN and Airtel numbers, but the same error appears each time.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening and let me know if mobile top-up is currently available for users in Nigeria? If not, I'd appreciate it if you could suggest an alternative way to redeem my rewards.
Please if we Nigerian we cannot cashout please I request you can remove our country from your site because it is unfair to do alot of survey and cashout become problem

I’ve emailed Afrisight general support…
I’ve emailed Afrisight general support to help me correct my mobile number 2 months ago till now, it hasn’t been fixed. I’ll receive emails from support saying they’ll check on it but I guess they don’t. The section is locked and can’t correct it myself. Kindly help correct it so I can withdraw my earnings.

First i want to say, you guys are the best survey sites out there, been your panelist for over 5 years right from your old site and your payment process is fast..
I took a survey this morning but it isn’t on “pending”in my rewards page, this wasn’t the case in the old page as it could show the survey payment is “pending” immediately after the survey… please you guys should look into it…

Sync Delays: On our updated platform, some survey completions can occasionally take up to 24–48 hours to sync and appear as "pending" while our system receives confirmation from survey partners.
We’re Looking Into It: If it still does not reflect on your rewards page after 24 hours, please send us the details (such as the Survey ID, topic, or completion time) at support@afrisight.com so we can investigate and assist you accordingly.
