Payment options always unavailable

Very good just doesn’t have much payouts options

I have been enjoying making small extra cash on the side and using it for airtime/ buying small things. AfriSight to me is just a free platform to make money on the side

I requested a payout on 3 may 2026 via flutterwave and has been on pending ever since.I have reached out to the support team with over 20 emails with most being ignored and the few that were replied saying they will look into it.This has left me so frustrated because I work so hard for that money

I have been with Afrisight for a while now. There surveys are really not time consuming not more than 30 minutes, really interesting topics and the fact that they pay straight into your bank account now really makes life easier.

AfriSight is a true and genuine survey site to make little stipend monthly. At least $15 per month cash out is possible. Is not a get rich quick platform but they're true in payment. You get rewarded for every survey you partake in and you can cash out when you have accumulated $5. I just cash out $10 now. I love them for the truth.

Poor customer service. Surveys are not credited, I understand being reinbursed takes time but last year's surveys need to have been paid by now. Also, how many times does one need to request payout to actually get paid?It's always awaiting admin approval every day.

I have successfully withdraw 3.6 USD via airtime topup. From Ethiopia through our ethiotelecom carrier.

It was a very good experience and it is encouraging.

I would give afrisight back it's stars as they are rebuilding, returning payments and making everything feasible again. They are back and effective, withdrawals working and surveys available and rewarded again as before.

The first survey reward reflected but the second one was for radio listening which didn't reflect yet didn't get my reward, instead I got a reminder to complete the survey which I already did complete and the amount is 5USD, SIDENOTE- I did email the general support team on the "friendly reminder" email address and didn't get a feedback/reply from them hence why I'm here in the review section (which for me is bad).

After waiting for an awfully long time before I was credited my reward and several payout requests, I finally withdraw my money-cash from the site. It does pay but you just have to be extremely patient. I just hope they work on their reward/payout system.

I have tried to withdraw countless times for a month now without success. PayPal option never works. The responses that they give here on Trustpilot are just that. Responses. Nothing happens beyond what they type here. These are fraudsters!!!

This site is so useless and has many bunch of useless incompetent people who only want participants to help them to make money while their site has no one who manages it and maintain it cashout option for bank transfer has no details to to add bank details, while paypal option when cashout is performed it just bounce back without processing the cashout for other options there are always unavailable useless site ever

I have had a frustrating experience with the withdrawal process on AfriSight. I tried to withdraw my available balance three times, and each time the platform indicated that the withdrawal was successfully completed. However, the amount was not actually deducted from my balance, and I did not receive the payment.

I contacted support regarding the issue, but the problem has not yet been resolved. I hope AfriSight can investigate this issue and improve the withdrawal process so that users can reliably access their earned payments.
