Aéroport Paris-Beauvais Omdömen 

Esperienze da dimenticare e denunciare tutto lo staff dell’aeroporto. Controlli eccessivi e senza senso, lenti, scorbutici e affatto attenti alle esigenze dei passeggeri. Le regole della Ryanair dovrebbero essere uguali in tutti gli aereoporti. Partiamo da Roma con uno zainetto e borsa piccola a tracolla, ci fanno passare senza dire nulla. In aereoporto Bva invece di fanno pagare il supplemento di 36 euro a testa per borsette che avevano tutti, compresi i miei 3 figli minorenni, per un totale di 180 euro. Esperienza da dimenticare, ci hanno fatto vivere momenti di puro terrore.

I have traveled to 75 countries, and I have never encountered an airport as poorly managed and AWFUL as this one. The airport was chaotic, with long, disorganized lines that created a stressful, mob-like environment. Agents screamed out flights that were departing, causing a bottleneck at the security turnstiles.

Once at the checkpoint, the behavior of the security agents was completely unacceptable. Passengers were not only strictly scrutinized for carrying multiple small items, but all were verbally berated and insulted. I personally had my lipstick confiscated, while others were forced to leave behind powdered blush—all handled in a disrespectful and humiliating manner. It felt like outright abuse.

All of my items were TSA-compliant and packed in my carry-on, so I do not understand why they were taken. Meanwhile, my Purell liquids, clearly visible on my bags, were ignored. Agents chatted among themselves while travelers waited, and screamed at passengers when flights were boarding. I had to literally run to the tarmac to board because of their hesitation.

Travelers should not have to endure abuse while complying with security regulations. ALL of my products were regulation 3 ounces and fit perfectly in my carry-on.

This airport urgently needs clearer organization, better queue management, and staff training on respectful enforcement of rules.

Overall, this was the WORST airport experience I have ever had. What should be a routine part of travel became unnecessarily stressful and degrading. AVOID THIS AIRPORT.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre zéro étoile.
Nous n'avons pas pu embarquer à bord de l'avion car les services de sécurité ont mis trop de temps à fouiller les passagers. Selon le personnel de l'aéroport cela serait fréquent.

Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo rischiato di perdere il volo pur arrivando con ben 2 ore di anticipo! Controlli assurdi. Aprono tutte le buste trasparenti guardando ogni singolo contenitore, per di piu nel rimettere dentro i prodotti hanno lasciato fuori un farmaco che al ritorno a casa non ho trovato dentro la mia busta. Siamo arrivati a partire solo perche il nostro volo ha portato un ritardo ma tanti altri non sono arrivati a presentarsi in tempo. Mai più sceglierò di volare su questo aeroporto.

una stella perché non posso dare meno, sono venuta in viaggio 4 giorni a parigi con una mia amica e al ritorno durante i controlli ci hanno fatto pagare la borsetta da donna che avevamo oltre lo zaino, il personale nel punto informazioni ha detto che potevo portare una lattina di coca cola da 100 ml (come quella che avevo appunto) tornando dentro la buttano senza guardare nemmeno quanto conteneva. inoltre mentre cercavamo di avere un confronto in inglese il personale non preparato rispondeva in francese. tutto questo essendo italiane perché tutti gli altri con borsa/ borsello ecc… lo hanno fatti passare senza problemi.

Necessario arrivare con largo anticipo. Controlli di sicurezza con attrezzature non aggiornate. Poco personale a disposizine. Lunghe code. Aprono i bagagli e svuotano tutto tanto che si è costretti a rifarli. Personale poco cortese: sia ha la sensazione di essere dei delinquenti.
Spazio poco adeguato per gran numero di passeggeri. Pochi servizi di ristoro.

Peklo. Kvůli kontrole zavazadel která trvala 50 minut pro 1 osobu jsme nestihli let. Nejhorší zážitek. Měli by změnit personál.

If I could put ZERO stars I would, this is the worst airport I ever traveled from: endless waiting lines (It took me more than two hours to get through customs), and the most incompetent and rude staff I’ve ever encountered that almost made miss the flight to half of the plane.
I would advise you never book a flight from here, what you save in flight tickets you spend it in Uber and Bus to get here and then you’d have to deal with incompetence and long waits.

File immense e inutili! Potrebbero dividere subito in base alla destinazione, invece ti lasciano in fila per poi urlare all’ultimo di entrare velocemente al primo controllo. I controlli di sicurezza sono arbitrari e lentissimi, una busta minuscola di prodotti liquidi a testa, ho visto persone costrette a buttare i prodotti (aspetto che NON viene segnalato prima). Assurdo!

Aeroporto da terzo mondo. Controlli rigidi ma non organizzati.. assistenza al passeggero inesistente.. voli in ritardo

Airport staff searched me for over 20 mins and completely emptied both of my bags without any explanation, treating me like a criminal and holding up the endless queue behind us. I was stripped of my shoes and jumper and aggressively searched for no reason and then told to wait in security as they called someone in when all i had in my bag were clothes. The man searching my bag was even taking out, and looking through all my underwear and socks (extremely unnecessary and even more disgusting considering i’m just a young girl) and beckoning over all the other security staff, pointing at me and giving me and my family dirty looks and talking about us in French which we obviously couldn’t understand - when they could clearly tell i was on the verge of tears. After someone from an office and a report form came to question me about contact with drugs or explosives they told me to proceed to my flight which i was then almost late for as i was cornered in security for over 20 minutes! Overall this was an overwhelmingly horrible experience to have as an 18 year old girl flying with her family and being completely humiliated infront of the entire airport by their own staff, with zero apology or manners. NEVER fly here if you don’t want to be traumatised!!

Incompetent security procedures at Beauvais Airport, which directly resulted in my family missing our scheduled flight (FR25) to Dublin.

Despite informing security staff on several occasions that a significant number of passengers in the queue were waiting for the FR25 flight, no effort was made to prioritise or manage the situation effectively. We were repeatedly reassured by staff that we would make our flight, yet we were left waiting in the security queue for approximately one hour 20 minutes.

This delay was especially distressing given that we were travelling with our young family, including a child with Down syndrome, who requires additional care and consideration. The lack of awareness, support, and urgency shown by your staff in this context was extremely disappointing.

Upon finally clearing security, we proceeded immediately to the gate, only to be informed that it had already closed. This was despite the repeated assurances from your security personnel that we would be in time. The entire experience demonstrated a concerning lack of coordination and professionalism among airport staff.

As a direct consequence of this failure, we were forced to book alternative flights from Charles de Gaulle Airport at a cost of €1,800. In addition to the financial burden, this situation caused significant stress and disruption to our family. Our 12-year-old daughter suffered a panic attack as a result of the ordeal, which made an already difficult situation even more distressing.

I have never encountered such incompetence in airport operations, and I am extremely disappointed by the level of service provided.

Il peggior aeroporto di tutta l'Europa,non tornerei in Francia solo per questo.
Personale scortese maleducato e arrogante che fa finta di non capirti, ti rovistano dentro le tue cose senza nemmeno chiederti il permesso, hanno svuotato completamente gli zaini a me e al mio ragazzo buttando oggetti personali senza darti nemmeno spiegazioni , volevano farmi imbarcare il mio zaino solo perché secondo loro era 2 cm fuori misura costringendomi quindi ad indossare tutti gli indumenti.
Cose mai viste prima ..ABOLITE L'AEROPORTO DI BEAUVAIS

esperienza in aeroporto peggiore della mia vita (e sono riduttiva). siamo state in fila per più di un’ora, a 15 minuti dalla chiusura del gate ancora non effettuavamo i controlli, essendo la loro la politica “fiscale” (avevo un flacone di olio da 100ml che non mi hanno neanche cestinato alla fine💀); mi hanno preso la piastra per un controllo più approfondito e nonostante abbia informato l’addetto alla sicurezza della mia imminente partenza, sono stata completamente ignorata (non sarei potuta partire anche se avessi voluto lasciare la piastra lì, dal momento che il mio documento di identità fosse contenuto all’interno dello stesso contenitore); personale scortese e disorganizzato. sconsiglio vivamente questo aeroporto, vero è il più economico, ma risparmiate in salute lo garantisco 😂.

Aeroporto pessimo a dir poco. Personale scortese e stupido. Le regole dicono che sono permessi liquidi fino a 1L a testa. Arrivati qua ti costringono a far stare tutto in una bustina di plastica minuscola, fregandosene di questa regola. Perché a patto che io stia entro il litro potrei anche portare 10 contenitori da 100 ml l’uno che non starebbero mai lì dentro. E ti fanno buttare tutto. I controlli sono lenti, il personale fa finta di non capire l’inglese, altra cosa folle in un aeroporto. Tecnologia imbarazzante, neanche da aeroporti di terzo mondo. Mi hanno svuotato tutto lo zaino, distruggendomi pacchetti e facendo poi mettere tutto a posto a me. Non ho sufficienti parole per descrivere lo schifo di esperienza che è stata questo aeroporto, ma evitate di andarci!!!! Tanto i soldi che risparmiate li buttate per la loro incompetenza

Aereoporto che ti incula … non ti fanno portare 1L di roba , anzi ti danno una bustina minuscola e ciò che non ci sta dentro lo buttano (ho buttato 100€ di prodotti). personale maleducato ma vabbè (sono francesi) ,incompetenti e ti fanno passare la voglia di andare in Francia . Non volate mai da qua o rischiate pure di venire arrestati talmente vi fanno incazzare .

Terrible experience at Beauvais Airport (BVA), probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional: short, dismissive answers, arrogant attitudes, and zero willingness to help passengers.

The liquid rules are handled in an absurd and almost punitive way. You are forced to fit everything into one single tiny bag provided by them, and it doesn’t matter if you already have other perfectly compliant bags — they are not accepted. If something doesn’t fit, even if it’s expensive or actually necessary (like medical items), they simply tell you to throw it away. No explanation, no alternatives, just “throw it out.”

The organization is completely chaotic: extremely long lines, unclear directions, and staff who, instead of helping, only add to the confusion. On top of that, the rudeness is constant, as if answering basic questions were a burden.

As if that wasn’t enough, the airport is also very inconvenient: getting to Paris takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by car, making the whole experience even more stressful and impractical.

In short: disorganized, rude, inconvenient, and completely lacking any care for passengers. I would avoid this airport if possible.

organisation -10, staff -100. super unfriendly and mean. no organisation at all, you have to stand in line like for hours.
if you can avoid it to be here, even as a cap driver.

Ce 1er avril 2024 le hall terminal 2 est bondé bondé et sommes pourtant arrivés 2h30 à l’avance pour partir à Cluj.
Heureusement que le personnel de l’aéroport fait des annonces pour que les passagers dont le depart est proche puissent passer devants les autres.
Sinon je pense qu’il nous atait fallut au moins deux heures de plus pour passer.
Une heure après noyre arrivée au T2, l’entrée du hall etzit bloquée du fait qu’il y avait trop de monde. Cet aéroport edt tres largement sous dimensionné pour les controles passagers. Tois les comptoirs de controles étaient ouverts!!!!!
