My experience with Patryk was 10/10 he…

My experience with Patryk was 10/10 he was very punctual on time and kept up with updates even though my bike wasn’t bought he gave me great tips and advice on what I need to do on bringing my bike upto scratch. He was also very polite and I would highly recommend his services

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. My bike was the cheapest i found and the staff were super friednly and delivered my bike the very next day. I can't thank enough to the Adam's bike for making the purchase so effortless. highly reccomend

No customer loyality.

After unanswered texts out of hours the night before, I phoned and spoke to a very helpful chap about a bike the next morning. All available so agreed to buy and was advised that I needed to email the team so they could take a deposit. Waited a few hours - nothing. Phoned to chase up and was told they had sold it to a walk in customer...... Absolutely shocked, angry and disgusted.

Whilst we make every attempt to respond to customers across all our platforms, the summer period is of course the busier period, which means that some messages may go unanswered for a few hours. This is what happened in this situation as you messaged our out of hours number at 21:05 at night. You then phoned the next morning and our colleague Curtis spent over 10 minutes on the phone with you answering all the questions you had and informed you that you should send an email through so that we can proceed with taking a deposit to reserve the bike you were interested in. Please note that as you may appreciate, many customers plan on putting a deposit and inform us of their interest in doing this, but then do not end up actually placing the deposit due to change of circumstances or mind, therefore, we cannot simply reserve a bike for a customer based on them expressing interest in placing a deposit. At the same time Curtis was on the phone to you, we had a walk-in customer in the showroom who came to view bikes that morning, with no specific bike in mind. He unfortunately ended up deciding to purchase the same bike that you were interested in and since an email from you had not yet been received at this point, the purchase went through.

We later profusely apologised for any inconvenience this may have caused since you were dissatisfied, however, we believe we dealt with the matter as we should have and have, and always will, ensure that customer satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Great selection of bikes

Great selection of bikes, very knowledge staff that helped me get back on 2 wheels with a bike that best suited me, on site mechanics checked bike over for me which wax assuring, had bike delivered next day been riding it love it.
Highly recommended with easy transaction will definitely be back for another bike thank you all the staff

My son bought his first bike form them…

My son bought his first bike form them online. Bike was delivered on time, the bike did develop an issue but this was resolved very promptly picked up and redelived I shirt order. Very good, friendly service highly recommended

Just bought my first bike from Adam…

Just bought my first bike from Adam bikes ! Adam was so helpful to choose the right bike for me. Fast delivery. Also delivery guy show me again everything about bike and make sure it’s working. Will back again for upgrade soon !!!!! Hight recommend.

Sold my bike.

They turned up on time to collect the bike, hassle free, would recommend these guys if you’re looking to purchase a bike.
Driver was extremely friendly.
