The customer service I received from Active Garden was fantastic! Marianela was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. She is so knowledgeable about all the climbing frames and took time to advise me and answer all my questions. Once I had ordered the climbing frame, she kept me updated on the delivery process. When the slide arrived damaged through no fault of Active Garden, they were very apologetic and sent a replacement immediately. Couldn't fault their service and will definitely recommend. The climbing frame looks great. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Marianela!

Excellent service from Marianela who gave sound advice when selecting a climbing frame for our area. We settled on the Blue Rabbit beach tower which arrived promptly with extra ground anchors sent out to us free of charge. We won’t hesitate on returning to Active Garden when we are ready to add further add ons to the climbing frame. I know my daughter will have lots of enjoyment for years to come.

This is a good company for play equipment. I spent a while on the internet deciding who we would use for a children's climbing frame and chose Active Garden due to their good communication and customer service. Marianela was great and we would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic team, we so happy with our playground combo. From first contact Marianela was fantastic and very helpful throughout the planning process, especially making some tweaks for my special needs child.
The delivery came on time and was hassle free. As is was a big twin tower combo we decided to have it built for us by Henri on the team. He was fabulous, worked through the recent heatwave like a trooper and had it up in what seemed like no time. Our son absolutely loves it and we are thrilled. Highly recommended, thanks again.
