Jungle Gym Swing
Ordered a toddler swing for my jungle gym climbing frame, order confirmation was good, no expected delivery date though. I did chase up delivery date after a week, (delays fully expected during Coronavirus lock down) I got a quick reply and Swing arrived the following day. all in all pretty good.

Service was second to none
Service was second to none. Needed a slide to complete a garden project (which was keeping hubby occupied during lockdown)... Their advice was amazing as was the speed of service and they were very competitive on price. I would (& shall) highly recommend 😊

No communication about delivery, but many requests for feed back
No communication about delivery but I have received at least 4 requests for feedback on the product.
I phoned last week to ask for an approximate date and was told that they would phone back, alas they have not done so.
I will update this review when the Jungle Gym has been delivered!
A very prompt response to the above thank you.
Will update again when it has been delivered.

Dear Malcolm, sorry that you had so many requests from Truspilot, they send those automatically on our behalf.
With regards communication about delivery, we sent you an email on the 20/4, the day after the order was placed, explaining how delivery happens, giving you information about how long delivery would take. After your call to us on the 6th May, we sent an enquiry to the Jungle Gym stockists for an update, and we got an answer yesterday (Saturday) saying it was booked for the 14th May, so Thursday this week. I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can help you further.

Excellent customer service!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received when ordering our climbing frame. I had a few questions and was encouraged to consider the options before I made the purchase which I did. I called on two occasions and it was a pleasure to speak with lady who helped me. Excited for the climbing frame to arrive! Will buy again from Active Garden and have already recommended to a friend.

Good Product, Fast delivery
Having ordered a tower and swing a couple of years ago, which came with a swing and baby swing, my youngest has now grown and I wanted to swap out the baby swing with a matching swing. I ordered the matching swing which arrived swiftly and was well wrapped. Thanks!

Ordered a slide from here. Have them a call to verify stock as it said on their website and they answered straight away. They were very helpful and even happily helped with a misunderstanding (on my part). They made special effort to get it to me before the weekend too!
Will definatly be ordering from them again!

Unfortunately one of the boxes didn’t turn up with the rest making it impossible to build. However, the customer service was A1!! Even during the coronavirus lockdown, they went out of their way to do everything possible to resolve the issue. Thanks guys
