I booked the Early Access Acropolis Tour on 3 July specifically because I wanted to experience the Acropolis before the heat and the crowds. The advertised early access entry time was 7:45 a.m., and that was the main reason I chose this tour.

Unfortunately, on the afternoon of 12 July—less than a day before the tour—I received a notification that the start time had been moved to a later slot. This change was communicated far too late for me to cancel with a refund or make alternative arrangements.

As a result, we didn't receive the experience that was advertised. We only entered the Acropolis at 9:00 a.m., by which time it was already much busier than it would have been at the original 7:45 a.m. entry time. The tour's main selling point simply wasn't delivered.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the company's response. I explained my concerns both in person at their office and later by email, but they seemed unwilling to acknowledge why this change significantly affected the value of the tour. Despite failing to provide the key feature that we booked, they did not offer any form of compensation or meaningful resolution.

Based on both the experience itself and the company's handling of our concerns, I cannot recommend this tour company.

Ho acquistato 4 biglietti, di cui due adulti e due bambini e non solo mi hanno fatto pagare la loro quota pur essendo Under25 , ma quando poi ho chiesto il rimborso perché non volevo più il servizio (richiesta fatta entro 5 minuti dall'acquisto) mi hanno risposto che non potevano erogarmi il rimborso pur non avendomi dato alcun servizio.
Pertanto ho sia subito il danno che la beffa!!!
Non solo non sono interessato all'escursione, ma ho pagato anche i miei figli perciò quali era prevista la quota gratuita!!!!

It is unclear that this is a third party. This company charges €30 for a ticket worth €20. This is not a combination ticket, so you then would have to pay to enter all the other sites. Buy tickets direct!

Bought a more expensive ticket to skip the queue, but there is no queue to skip. It’s cheaper and quicker to book it at the main ticket office. We wasted 1 hour as we had to wait for our slot. Waste of time and money

We bought our tickets here, but at the entrance the ticket guide said the ticket had an error. He could not be more specific and advice us to contact the ticket office on site. We found out the were many other visitors from around the with the excate same problem. What a waste of time.
