Acropolis Tickets Omdömen 

NO COMPRAR EN ESTA WEB ES UNA ESTAFA, NO ES UNA WEB OFICIAL. Cobran entrada a los ñiños cuando realmente es gratuito hasta los 25 años, cobran 9€ de audioguía extra por persona cuando debería ir incluido en el precio, dicen que son la web oficial pero NO lo es. En la web oficial VERDADERA hubiéramos pagado 60€, en cambio en "Acropolis Athens tickets" hemos pagado 163€ creyendo que era la web oficial. ESTAFA, ESTAFA, ESTAFA!!!!
Pongo una estrella en la valoración porque es lo mínimo, no se merecen ni una.

Son unos ESTAFADORES. Me han vendido dos entradas por 47€, cuando en mi caso, son gratis por tener entre 18 y 25 años y ser de la UE. Si no me devuelven el dinero acudiré a medidas legales. En ninguna de las opciones te dejaba poner la opción de gratis por mi caso, cosa que si aparece en la página web oficial.

Vraiment un site malhonnête , ils vous facturent des frais de 15,50€ supplémentaires par billets c’est une honte , le billet est à 30€ sur le site officiel , ensuite il vous disent que vous pouvez prendre l’audio guide bien sûr en supplément à 9€ par personne et du coup vous payez mais à l’entrée et sur le billet aucune mention de l’audio guide par contre il vous ai bien prélevé , totalement a fuir !! Ne vous faites pas avoir !!

completely a scam, do not buy from this website! They pretend they are the official vendor but they charge 45 euros instead of 30 euros for adults and 45 euros instead of 0 euros for children! On top of that they sneaked in the audioguides at 9 euros per person, which i didnt realise, so I am paying 190 euros for 2 adults and 3 children, instead of 60 euros! On top of that they don't send you the tickets on purchase, so I don't know if I will receive anything at all!!! how stupid and inattentive I was....

I regret purchasing through Athens‑tickets.org. The company’s use of a .org domain and search‑engine marketing creates the false impression that they are affiliated with the official Acropolis or Acropolis Museum. They are not. Their website appears ahead of the official site in search results, and the overall experience felt intentionally confusing.
The service added no value and, in fact, created significant inconvenience:
Lack of Transparency — The order confirmation contained no Terms and Conditions, and the website provides no email address, phone number, or legitimate contact method.
Delayed Delivery — It took more than two hours to receive the digital tickets, causing unnecessary stress and logistical disruption.
Misleading Audio Guide — The audio guide was marketed in a way that implied the standard museum listening devices. Instead, it required downloading a complicated third‑party app onto multiple phones.
Significant Markup — Three Acropolis tickets normally cost €20. I was charged €35 for the same tickets with no added benefit.
While the tickets eventually arrived, the entire process felt deceptive and unnecessarily complicated. I strongly recommend purchasing directly from the official Acropolis or Acropolis Museum website to avoid these issues.

No es la página oficial, por tanto, el coste de la entrada y de ala audioguía es superior. En cuestro caso, nos enviaron la audioguía conun día de retraso y a pesar de la reclamación, no nos han devuelto el dinero. Servicio de atención al clinete muy deficiente y no se hacen responsables de sus fallos. NADA RECOMENDABLE

Scam website, they are increasing price of the attractions

Es una página pirata NO oficial con gran sobrecoste, encima no te envían los tickets y no responden. Cuando reclamas a tu banco afirman que si te la enviaron y que no te pusiste en contacto con ellos.

Dit zijn oplichters! Ze laten je denken dat het de officiële website is voor tickets voor de acropolis. Vervolgens betaal je per volwassene 15 euro per kaartje meer dan hoort, ze laten je 22 euro betalen voor kinderen terwijl je er later achter komt dat kinderen tot 18 gratis entree hebben (!), ze laten je 9 euro pp voor een audioguide betalen terwijl ook dat gratis blijkt te zijn (!), ze berekenen ook nog ruim 45 euro aan boekingskosten. Dit alles verstoppen ze in een totaalprijs zodat je niet in de gaten hebt wat je betaalt! En de tickets heb ik nog steeds niet gekregen! Hun e-mailadres werkt niet, op de site staat dat hun customerservice tussen zo laat en zo laat voor je paraat staat, maar er staat geen telefoonnummer bij, geen chat functie, niets! Dit noem ik geen eens misleiding, dit noem ik gewoon oplichting. Maar ja, ook ik las de waarschuwingen helaas pas toen het al te laat was. Ik heb 172 euro betaalt terwijl ik 60 euro had moeten betalen en tickets heb ik nog altijd niet!

Absolute scam, DO NOT PURCHASE

Paid 136 euros for Acropolis tickets when the official price was only 60 euros. The fees are excessive and not transparent.
Completely avoid this site!!

It was a difficult website at the purchase point for audio tour of Acropolis and Museum, sending me to an unrelated website.
When I got back to the credit card entry point, it asked again for credit card number which I completed. Sent again to unrelated website.
But as I opened again, it asked for “APPROVAL” which I pressed.
Immediately got TWO Purchase Confirmations.
When I called got a very sweet woman who checked and said, “Sorry but no refund. She added that I could use it until end of 2026 when we leave Athens in 2 days.
I feel like it was a Scam.
Their difficult online purchasing process seemed designed to create double purchases where they happily keep your money.
Shame!

Scam - they add a huge surcharge and while their replies refer complaints to their customer service centre, this does not exist.

I don’t want to even 1 star. I have never received the response from support desk, even though the booking date is tomorrow. I am wasting time and money to buy tickets from them.

scam - buy from the official website, hhticket.gr - this website overcharged us by over 50%. avoid at all costs.

Be very careful with this website. It looks like an official ticket site for the Acropolis, but it is not. I paid 25€ per ticket for something that should have been free (or much cheaper) on the official site.

The website is misleading and does not clearly explain that it is a third-party reseller adding extra fees. I only realized afterwards that I had overpaid.

After my purchase, I also found many similar experiences from other customers mentioning high markups, hidden “service fees,” and poor customer support. 

I strongly recommend buying tickets only from the official government website and avoiding this one

Facture des frais de dossier exorbitant.
15,5euro pour un billet de 30euro et ca pour chaque billet.
C’est mon cas pour les billets acropole athenes. Vendu 45,5euro au lieu de 30euro
Sur la liste ils vous disent accès a plusieurs lieux donc vous pensez que la differéce de peix est justifiée mais pas du tout, ses lieux sont deja inclus dans le billet de base. Donc 4x15,5euro de frais de dossier...

They deceive customers by presenting themselves as official resellers and adding a €15 surcharge to the ticket price (on top of the €30), claiming a service that doesn’t actually exist. Unfortunately, I got scammed by the misleading URL of their website, thinking it was the official Acropolis portal. Don’t be fooled—they rip you off. Absolutely avoid!

The site looks legit at first, but is not an official ticket retailer, is charging >30% over the regular price, in the payment process an error occurred however the payment went through. Received only a message of booking confirmation but no ticket attached or details about any services included, promising that the ticket will come later. Finger crossed that a ticket of some sort will arrive.
The website holder name is not the same of the company in the payment, and the credit card payment issuer's info are not to be found anywhere (misleading responsibility).
The company name (based in Barcelona) on the terms and conditions page is not written in typo, but uploaded as image, a way scammers make it invisible to search engines.
Links to their contact center are broken.
Very suspicious behavior, immediately after, I found many other customers reporting the same. They must be blocked, they are already active for a few years (reports goes back to 2023).

Scam, my ticket never arrived.
