Was easy to order. Product turned up quick. Updates all the way until it was here which was handy as could plan when to be in.
Was a gift my father's day and he loves them, even too much not to wear then much....

Out of Stock !!!!
still selling boots that are out of stock.. waited over a month kept being told Timberland didnt have stock.. gave up got a refund... Why sell online if you don't have stock !!!!!!

Jerome, Yes, you were contacted immediately after placing the order to inform you that these boots were out of stock in your preferred colour and size. You were also offered an immediate re-fund.
The reply to "Why sell online if you don't have stock" is
The only reason we keep certain items on the website which are currently out of stock is when there are availability/supply issues on CERTAIN colours or sizes . This is usually due to popularity and in these cases offers customers the option to receive these products at the earliest opportunity (as we are aware there are stock issues from manufacturer) OR be offered an immediate re-fund - as you were.

Not so ace, aceworkgear
What a shame, what i thought was going to be a helpful easy site to buy from turned into a problematic and deffinately not hassel free. The item i bought ended up having a different description, the price had to be renegotiated and now a dispute over the refunded amount.

Free delivery?
Great goods with fast delivery, but on their web site it states free P&P on orders over £75 beware that this figure is excluding VAT and I could find no indication off this on their site.

Glad to hear your happy with the goods and our fast delivery service. We are sorry to hear that you misunderstood our Free Delivery amount. However, we do have a Free Delivery display on each product page showing this qualifying figure as being £75 'ex VAT'.
This feature displays on 'ALL' product pages and calculates the exact amount remaining to qualify your order for 'Free Delivery'.
Free returns?
All in all aceworkgear were great, good product, good price, quick delivery and prompt refund once goods returned.
In a time where most places seem to have free returns, the lack of this service would put me off using them again as although they did nothing wrong, it's cost me £15 to try on a jacket and send it back

Excellent service.
Although my item was not in stock I was given the option of waiting or a full refund. I chose to wait. The wait was worthwhile, I was informed when my item was dispatched and it then arrived very quickly.

Pleased Eventually
Disappointed that they did not have the item in stock despite listing it - had I known I would have to wait as long as I would have had to to buy locally I would have stayed local. However, service was polite and did deliver the desired item when it came in.
