Cool Clobber Omdömen 

I placed an order for some curtains on Amazon and were supposed to be delivered two days later. I placed another order as it said problem with your order so I applied for prime for next day delivery... 4 days later still waiting for the goods and seller hasn't responded to any of my emails. I've opened a fraudulent claim with my bank- SCAMMER SELLER DO NOT USE!!!!

Haven't received my order. It was placed on March 6th, they havent been responding to my emails etc.

Highly advise to avoid!!!! Ordered 2 single Xbox quilts for my children, received double fitting. Have tried to contact many times, received no response. To say customer service is poor is a compliment, my experience is it is non-existent. How they can be allowed to trade amazes me!

Sent the wrong order. Company still haven’t got back to me. Terrible.

I haven't received my order. No update. No reply to email.

We ordered three products from Cool Clobber and only received two. We contacted Cool Clobber on the day that we received the two products to ask where the third item was. We did not get a reply. We e-mailed three more times and still did not get a response.
In the end we contacted our credit card company and they repaid us for the missing item.
On studying reviews for Cool Clobber are experience seemed common place as other customers had also not received goods and had also not been able to contact someone within Cool Clobber.
The customer service from this company is very poor and new customers should be very aware that if something goes wrong you cannot contact or speak to anyone about your problem.
It is nearly a month since we reported our issue and we still have not had any communication from Cool Clobber.
A very poor business.

I still haven’t received an order I placed on October for next day delivery. I chased it up numerous times and was eventually sent a link to Hermes that said it had been delivered (not next day) and signed for. Despite numerous requests I have not been provided with the signature so I can figure out if my parcel went to a neighbour.
The customer service attitude (when they bother to reply) has been “they say they’ve delivered it so you received it”. I’m shocked at the customer service, they often reply weeks later if at all.
I have given up trying to locate my order now and would never order from here again.

I have STILL not received my order and they have’t responded to my email quering its whereabouts! !

I received a completely different pair of pyjamas from what I ordered and I am still waiting for a reply to sort this!

Item Never Arrived - No Contact From Store Despire Numerous Emails - Do Not Use

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered girls bedding and slippers, recieved trainers not slippers and NO bedding. Emailed several times to customer services, messaged company on twitter - also no reply!

Still waiting to hear on when I will be receiving my items, if at all. Really disappointed.

Ordered three items and only received two, despite the delivery email listing all three items. Emailed customer service who informed me that the missing item was no longer available and asked if I wanted a refund. I replied yes but didn’t get any refund after a few days. Emailed customer service again but no reply. Basically kept the money and no product. Very dishonest.

Very professional company to deal with. I was able to purchase the three items I was looking for from them. Impressed with their service and communication. I also love the name Cool Clobber.
