Ace Thinker is a unscrupulous company BEWARE!!!!
I bought Aqua Clip Downloader it worked one day and stopped working, the product is trash and the company is worse! I contacted them several times to no avail. I also submitted a refund request per their website and never heard from them! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If you're not happy with the software, we usually refund the order in 3-5 working days, which is a common practice for software companies.
With our records, we approved your refund request on Paypal days ago; I don't know why you said we didn't respond to you. There must be a misunderstanding. But rest assured that every one of your requests has been addressed on time without any delay.

My AceThinker video keeper quit working. I contacted customer support who promptly responded to my email. Support informed me that they have upgraded the app and sent me the new version keeping my lifetime membership. The new app works much better than the previous one and I am now a very happy user of it.

I am using AceThinker Screen Grabber Pro for the past three years. Software is working fine. Recently due to my laptop issue , I could not active the software. I reached out to the support team, within no time they solved the issue. I was happy that thy are supporting the customers even after three years.

My "c" drive packed up on my pc 1 month after purchasing a yearly subscription for Aquatune. I emailed Acethinker as I had lost my activation code. Within 24 hrs they sent me a new unlock code, and I was back up and running. Thankyou Jim Champion for the quick solution. 10/10 for customer service.
