I've used this company before and what really stood out was the customer service. I was pleased to find the same team working behind the scenes this time around again, and they also remembered me which was pleasing. All documentation was sent to me prior to arrival and the paperwork only took a few minutes. From arrival to leaving, my stuff was in the locker in 30 minutes.

Nice location
Nice location. Friendly helpful staff. 35sq unit was big enough to hold 2 large 3 seater sofas and a few bits and bobs. I gave 4 stars because I had trouble finding my lock up🔐 it was a very large space, a bit like a maze.

A rubbish start
I arrived and couldn't get in. I waited outside for a while trying to figure out how to get access. I finally called reception and she opened the gates. I signed in and she said I needed to download an app to get access. I said my phone was full, was there any other way I could get access without downloading an app. She categorically said there was no other way. So, I started trying to delete files, including my banking app. It was all taking too long and then after asking again wasn't there another way, I was told that there was another way. So she lied. I then wasn't shown how anything works. I asked how I got through the locked door to get a trolly. She refused to open it and told me to go out another door and walk around. I went around and then there was only one good large trolly to cater for everyone that day. There were smaller trollies. By the time we came back to grab a trolly, there were no trollies at at. I waited for her to appear, as there was no one in reception. Reception door was locked. I got more assistance from other people already using the facilities.

We only have one XL trolley available at this site, along with several smaller ones, and we’re sorry they weren’t available when you visited. It’s also disappointing to hear that our service fell short on the day, as our store staff are usually impeccable in supporting customers, it sounds like you caught us on an off day, and we take full responsibility.

Smooth and easy signing up and moving in procedure. Only issue was the unit hadn’t been cleaned before moving in so had to wait a short while for that to be done.

I was delayed unnecessarily on the move in day. Documentation took a long time to process. This documentation should have happened on the day of enquiry to save time.
Till now I have not been given access to the facility except I use staff access.
