Je suis une cliente régulière de vos produits et j'ai commandé plusieurs fois sans être déçue.
cependant,pour cette commande passée le 30 juin,mon expérience est très décevante.
Des le depart ,il y a eu des retards et j'ai du contacter moi même le service client pour obtenir des informations sur l'etat de ma commande.On m'a indiqué qu'il y avait un problème de transitet qu'une reclamation avait été faite auprès du transporteur.
Malgré cela,plus d'un mois après la date de livraison prévue,je n'ai ni ma commande ni de solution concrète.
Je remercie le service client pour sa courtoisie,mais après une telle attente,je reste très déçue.
J'espère que la situation sera rapidement résolue et que des améliorations seront apportées au suivi des commandes.
