Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home Omdömen 

I recently ordered some fabric dye and silk fabric. I received an order confirmation (6th June), but no despatch notice arrived. After a week I e-mailed to find out where my order was. The reply came the next day, my order had been traced (I wonder where it was!) and would now be dispatched.
After another six days, the order finally arrived, (19th June), thirteen days after I placed the order.

I recently ordered some knitting yarn, having had trouble securing the exact brand and colour I wanted elsewhere. The yarn was packed and dispatched the same day as I ordered it, arrived promptly and well packaged. Highly impressed 👏

Great customer service, replied to my emails straight away and resolved my issue and just gave me peace of mind, will definitely use Abakhan again 👍

Zero stars from me. Now they have gone cashless. Well deserving of the extortionate banking fees for not accepting cash. I spent £120 in another fabric store as I refuse to be forced to pay by card

Fabrics and prices good but customer service poor.

Went the day after Easter Monday. Waited at a desk to pay for one item but this was unmanned with no sign of anyone turning up any time soon. Went to a nearby desk to wait behind a customer being served but told to go back to other desk. When I pointed out there was no one there was told there would bet some point. Staff member said there were only 3 of them in. Put item back and left.

Will not be going again.

order of faux leather was delivered in quick time. prices on the item per mtr was very good.

Quick response and delivery only ordered a pattern but got updates on when it was sent out and when it would be delivered. Will use again looking at getting material next time

I bought a couple of patterns and there was 50% off bargain very quick delivery will definitely buy from here again

Ordered some yarn for a baby shawl. Great price and good fast delivery. One of the balls of yarn was not the same batch. Emailed the company who apologised profusely and immediately sent out a replacement ball of the correct batch. Even included a prepaid return label for the incorrect ball.

Drove 1.5 hours to the main Abakhan store to find no dogs allowed. Dogs are allowed in their other stores. There is no indication of this difference online and nobody answered the phone when I attempted to make a telephone enquiry.

I’ve ordered several times from Abakhan and am pleased with the curtain fabric. When I needed to contact customer services about part of the order, David was very helpful and replacement lining was sent with next day delivery.

Excellent selection exactly what I needed for stretch binding. A surprise some of the bindings reduced I needed.

This was my second order from this company. First time no issues. This time sadly Royal Mail let the process down. Unbelievably I received a RM envelope (apologising about the state of the contents) with the (empty) packaging from the seller. This had clearly been cut open and ripped open too. I hope the dishonest thief enjoyed my yarn order!!
Customer service at Abakan were amazing. They resent the order immediately with no fuss whatsoever. Received today with thanks. Top notch customer service. Can’t fault them.
