I saw some foam in store that would be ideal for a project. Unfortunately I only had an on line voucher and they only sold the foam in store. On emailing them they were really helpful and changed the online voucher for an in store one so I could use it for this purpose. The whole process took less than 10 mins to sort using email and a very responsive customer service representative, David. They were so effective and extremely helpful ☺️

I contacted customer service today to source some wool.
Vicki and David were most helpful and located a ball at the Mostyn Store and had it set aside for me to pick up the next day .
Promptly solving a problem for me as I was struggling to find it on line .

Great experience both online and in stores. I needed some fabric urgently for a photoshoot that was happening over the weekend but only able to order fabric on the Friday it wasn’t available in the stores but they pointed me in the right direction and the online customer service team answered my email and processed my order straight away when I said my order was urgent. Very happy, as always, with Abahkan Fabrics. Thoroughly recommend.

Very pleased with my material. The parcel arrived quickly & well packaged. I bought Catherine Kidston curtain material “Climbing Blossom” & lining material . Fabric is lovely & both a good weight &easy to sew.An added bonus was that Catherine Kidston material was in the sale.

I have bought from Abakhan many times.Lovely choice of very good quality fabrics and excellent delivery sevice.It's my "go to" shop for fabric.This time I bought some Italian Jacquard Jersey in a small geo print in black/gey/white.The fabric is a lovely weight,sews beautifully,and as it was in the sale I will make 2 different style skirts for under £15 !! what's not to love!!Visit Abakhan !!

I made a silly error by ordering items twice and emailed Abakhan in order to cancel one order. First thing on Monday morning (today), I had an email saying the order was cancelled and the refund on its way. Very good customer service!

I have been buying the scheepjes 4 ply cotton thread. The range of colours are great and the quality of the thread is great to work with.
Delivery is cheap at £1.99 for under a £30 order too.

I have been using Abakhan for over 25 years. They are my go to for fabric and accessories. I love everything about them and I am signed up to their newsletters, so get advanced notice of sales, I have always found the staff to go above and beyond. I contacted customer services today about an issue I had, which I hasten to add was my fault and needed help in resolving it. I was supported very quickly by David from customer services, who quickly contacted me. He was very efficient and extremely helpful in getting the matter resolved. Thank you so much.

Easy to order and arrived within the date given , well wrapped. The material was exactly as advertised and also felt as I expected. Really pleased with my ordered. Really looking forward to recovering my dinning chairs, I’m sure they will look great. Thank you.

The online voucher didn't arrive to the inbox of the recipient, however Abakhan were great in making up for this, including swapping the online voucher for physical gift cards. Very helpful and positive tone in communications, so it made up for the initial inconvenience.

Easy website to navigate. Quick and cheap compared to other places I looked. Needed a very specific type of yarn but had a wide range to choose from. I will be buying from then again

Go into shop frequently but recently did an online order.
After 5 days of no dispatch email I contacted them. Strangely my order was being dispatched that day with 2 of the 5 items OOS. I wouldn't have bout the other 3 items if this was the case as I needed all items for a project.

Easy to find what I wanted (at a reasonable price too) so simple to order and speedy delivery, what’s not to love?

Range of products is great.

This shop always has good quality materials at cheap prices HOWEVER the staff can be very unfriendly and insist on finishing at exactly 4pm even if the customer is in the middle of a purchase. Also I spent a lot of money and am a loyal customer, but this time I was 16p short of a loyalty stamp. The assistant did not give me the stamp and was very impolite! I would have paid a bit more but the staff put a lot of pressure on us to leave as it was very nearly closing time so we didn't have time. Great materials but awful customer service!
