Booked a last minute trip for umrah in Ramadan with shohaib from 7 continents ltd. He was brilliant right from the start. He took care of everything from the start. From our visas to hotel, flights transport etc everything was taken care of so we could prepare out umrah journey with ease. I didn't actually book through 7 Continents (change of plans). However, I spoke to Saif who was very knowledgable and gave some great advice.

Annie has been so helpful from the very first call. She has helped me create my dream umrah package with a very good price within my budget. Annie from Makkah Tours originally added sahoor in Madinah and then requested more money for Sahoor to be included in Makkah. We paid more money but Annie cancelled Sahoor in Madinah in the process when it was originally added and paid for. They take more money and make false promises. Not happy.
