Unreliable, inconvenient lies

I Placed an order with 5Poundstuff, (when my item was not received they advised it was because the courier Yodel was asking for more money to deliver the 3kg item to Northern Ireland) Despite the postage being calculated at checkout for my address and the order going through with no issue. My money was refunded within 24hours.

I placed a second order and upon checkout the postage costs where revised (more expensive). I assumed they corrected their shipping fees to match my address however Two weeks later and still no item, I contacted asking for a delivery update. They refunded my money with no explanation.

Upon placing an order via this company I received a welcome gift of £5 if I signed up to a Ycoop subscription, there was a trial period then a £29.99 per month fee. After signing up I looked at the Ts&Cs I decided it would not be beneficial (There is a maximum claim limit per month which is approximately the cost of the subscription). So basically no savings to be made. Plus the claim process seemed complex. Therfore I cancelled within the trial period.

I believe the company didnt complete my order as I cancelled within the trial period for the subscription.

There was lack of communication on the two occasions I did not receive my order. The first time I was told it was cancelled as Yodel where charging extra, therfore on the second order I made sure the delivery fee was inline to what Yodel would charge. I paid around £7 and Yodel charge around £5. The excuse for not recieving the second order is that Yodel don't deliver to Northern Ireland, fact is they do, it's part of mainland UK!

The Ycoop company has still tryed to deduct money from my bank account despite my cancellation (within the trial period). I have had to send them a reminder that they have not been authorised to take any payments from my account. They have been informed that for each time they try I will be charging them a fee of £60 for administration and inconvenience.

Good quality
