I very recently upgraded my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra to a galaxy s24 ultra and my budget for this purchase was fixed at more then £600. It was also important to me to have plenty of on board storage so I went for 512gb. The phone arrived after 3 days of placing the order and its in pristine condition with no sign of a mark anywhere as advertised. In addition I have also invested in a screen protector as well as 2 cases. So thank you for a very speedy service.

My daughter was disappointed with her purchase. She had a screen protector fitted at a local shop after receiving the phone which was classed as in Excellent condition to find out the screen is not the original screen and is curved.

Item as described with signs of use better than expected for the price I bought it so I could get my A17 out of the repair shop EE who said the phone was not a warranty repair 3 months old How is that possible will certainly use 4gadgets.co.uk again if I require anymore tech items. phone came nicely packaged in their own branded box

I've bought about 7 from here , all either ' Excellent or Pristine ' condition and all phones have been like new.
A little on the expensive side at times , its hard to find even a 3 year old phone on their site that's in great condition for less than £300+ but the quality is high. I would highly recommend.

Very sadly not happy. I contacted them. They offered me which I thought it was a fair price for my Ultra 2 which is immaculate and still got 99% battery health and only just a year old. Then unfortunately the Royal mail messed up didn’t send it and had to have it returned to me. I contacted this company they said they would honour price they agreed. then I got an email saying they wouldn’t then I called them and they said they wouldn’t honour the price then I’ve got an email saying they would honour the price and then they just stopped responding altogether. I’ve now changed my review from one star to 4 stars because I spoke to Billy from their Customer Service who was fantastic and actually got it sorted out. They apologised and they got the watch and sorted the payment out within a few hours so four stars.

Yeah I have ordered and got refunded after 4days. Got two emails providing my order number and everything. I was about to gift the phone to someone and told the person I bought it. Delivery option says order will dispatch within one day with one day delivery. I had to send them a email through web form.

Not professional at all. No communication or anything. I thought for a seconds I would not get any money or product back. At 5 days money returned to my account and that was it. Rubbish experience as a first time buyer
