Excellent SMSTS refresher course
The course was exactly what we needed for the SMSTS refresher course. It contained all the relevant course sections needed to refresh our knowledge. The course progressed at a steady pace with enough breaks to ensure audience engagement and the information provided was suitable for successful completion of the course and the final exam. This is the second refresher course taken with 3B Training, nearly 5 years apart and we will be taking the referesher again with 3B Training in another 5 years.

First aid training 3 day course
I’ve taken first aid and refresher courses over 17 years, I can honestly say Craig has kept me learning! There’s new things I’ve learned and new levels of clarity and confidence I’ve gained through the way Craig delivered the course. Concentrating on what’s important to a first aider, rather than going to deep into areas that aren’t required and can clog up your brain, meaning that you may miss vital information. Very useful, very well delivered

Essential First Aid Training
The first aid course was highly informative and practical. The instructor explained everything clearly, and the hands-on sessions made it easy to understand how to respond in real emergencies. I now feel much more confident in providing basic first aid. Highly recommended for everyone!

A very enjoyable course
An overall fantastic course.
After a slow start the course, it ended up being an enjoyable experience.
The difficulties often felt with online courses were countered brilliantly by the instructor Dave Hall, who was engaging and entertaining throughout the process.

The Asbestos Awareness course is awful…
The Asbestos Awareness course is awful for someone having to complete annually. Development of a shorter refresher course should be implemented. Some of the narrative was monotone and a considerable amount of the content is irrelevant if you have previous experience in the subject.
I felt 3 hours of my time wasted.
