Great Engineer
Eduard came to fix our washing machine and was helpful in explaining the problem and fixing it. Really kind, really respectful of the property and was tidy.
My only recommendation is that they provide timeslots or text updates, where possible. I

Joke company
Company was quick to come , once guy came he said fridge needed gas refill so price went up to £188, lady on the phone kept saying they can do it but no warranty i went ahead with the job as i have young kids and expecting too. He came on monday afternoon and by the end of the day it seemed to work. Wednesday today and fridge is not working again!!!! Its a joke. I dont know what he did and if the job was done properly but it lasted a day!!!!

I will answer the problem, when charging with refrigerant gas, there are micro-leaks somewhere in the circuit of the refrigerator, the refrigerator can work for a period of time, sometimes a year, a month, a day, it is not known how quickly it loses the refrigerant gas, that's why no warranty is offered, we are sorry that your refrigerator did not work after charging with refrigerant gas, thank you!!
Unorganised/Unprofessional
Confirmed a time of 4pm - 7pm. Didn't receive confirmation. Called up and was contacted via whatsapp to say they could no longer do the time due to engineers being over worked.
They tried to organise a time the next day to arrive 30mins before I needed to work. I requested they come earlier to have enough time to fix my washing machine and was told "the call out would only take 30 mins".
It's clear they wanted to charge a call out fee instead of actually fixing my washing machine.
Read the reviews and decided to cancel.

they are super crowded because of the traffic and we can't respect the schedule, we don't go after the call fee but we want to have as many as possible

we would definitely have a lot of positive reviews, we are 5-6 engineers and we have 8-10 negative reviews, we make 6-7 customers a day each, we are sorry that we were not useful maybe in the future, thank you 🙏

This company will fleece you, avoid.
Got an engineer to come and have a look at my washing machine, was told that it would cost 180 to fix, and £90 just for the part. I refused there help and decided to see if i could find an alternative fix. When i checked for the parts online i could see that it cost only £8, and is a relatively easy fix i could do on my own. This company will fleece you, avoid.

Quick, pleasant service.
Service person came the day I contacted them and quickly diagnosed the fault and fitted the spare. The spare felt a little on the expensive side but at the same time I got the convenience of the item being fixed right away.

Real professionals
I used 1 Home service for the first time to fix a fault on my fridge. Eduard visited, first to do a diagnostic test and identify the fault and then to fix the fault by replacing a part. I was super impressed by the service. The call centre contact person was very reassuring and professional, all the contact via emails and texts were prompt and informative. I felt very looked after. Highly recommend and will use again.

Had a problem with my dishwasher and…
Had a problem with my dishwasher and told them what it was according to the handbook. They came out and said it was something else. After paying for a new part the problem still exists. Was told to delete my review then they would organise an engineer. As I refused they have now said they will not fix the problem and are trying to blame me for low ability, baring in mind I have wasted 2 days waiting in for them. This is not a reflection of the engineer as he was great but the management of the company.
