The experience could not have been better. From booking to actual delivery, it just worked.
Got a 15 min warning, the driver was on his way. He turned up on time. Very friendly and he took me to JR Hospital on time.

Awful, taxi driver couldn't find my address and even after speaking with him and giving clear directions he cancelled the job. They sent a second car which was filthy. Thankfully Uber now operates in my area, I won't be using them again.

I pre-booked a journey, and I had to call support TWICE for them to finally assign me a taxi. Got it assigned, but came half an hour later than my wanted time. As a result I missed my train! What even is the point of pre-booking if they don’t even stick to the time I ask?!

my phone had died about a minute before the taxi had come to pick me up and so I had to ask to charge my phone to which his plug wasn’t even working in the first place. And then I went to charge it in the reception which was right by the door and he increased the fare without letting me know that I was going to happen.

Friendly driver, arrived a tad early and waited patiently. Very polite and accommodating.

Ordered a taxi from LHR and pre-paid. -Was through passport control and picked up my luggage quickly. The app had said that someone would meet me at arrivals, but then driver had called and said he would meet instead at Short Stay parking, but didn't know which level yet. On the app I could see that the driver was at rest stop a little ways away from LHR> I waited about 20 minutes after I had exited till I finally found him, this after a 16 hour flight.

Then we got charged over £43 extra, but I only saw this when the email came in; the driver said nothing about extra charges.

I phoned 001, but they said they didn't know how to help because there was no manager. So I emailed their complaints email multiple times. This was quite time consuming. Finally, I was told that the extra £40 was correct and was for parking charges.

However, LHR short stay parking don't hit £40 until after 5 hours.
I was out quickly.

So clearly their excuse for charging me so much extra is false. It should be obvious that there is an error somewhere, but I am unable to get this fixed.
