Very smooth experience, communication via WhatsApp was really fast and helpful from the C2C team. Booked a return trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and it was very easy to organise and the ride itself was clean and comfortable. Would book again :)

All round great service with very minor comments.
It was very easy to book a ride, I booked mine while on a plane right before taking off and got the confirmation within minutes. The price was competitive as well, I paid less than I would have for a traditional taxi. I found David waiting for me at the airport and I think it is great that he connected with me on WhatsApp which made finding him a lot easier. David was very nice and friendly while being very professional. The ride with him was smooth, safe, and quick.
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I don't have the option to give 4.5, and that is because I was told that the captain would be holding a sign with my name on it but there was no sign. I only mention this because had I not had the impression that there would be a sign, I would not have wasted time looking for it and instead paid more attention to my phone and try to connect through it.

My Chauffeur Natenael was very professional. He was super friendly and on time. We had a very nice conversation, he is very educated and you can have a great chat with him! Amazing driver I can highly recommend - I wish him all the best!

Booked it at short notice but got a very good taxi and driver Mr Afrid, who drove safely despite the heavy rain and dropped me from Dubai to Abu Dhabi well within time.. Customer service team is also very prompt.
The charges are also quite reasonable.

We ordered a car from Fujairah to Al Maktoum Airport for a specific day and time. At the appointed time, the driver texted us that he was 20!!! minutes late. We were worried we'd miss our flight. After 20 minutes, he texted back that he was late again and on his way. Half an hour later, we called a taxi and left in another car. This wasn't serious. It was a trip to the airport; the driver shouldn't be late!

I have used their service a few times before. Natenael was my Captain that night, and got me to my apartment safe and in time. Thank you C2Crides for another great service…!
