Euro Istanbul Clinic is a premium member of Wupdoc, and each enquiry goes through our patient verification team. This is one of the biggest advantages of having a plan. Upon reviewing the enquiries again, we can guarantee that each patient has been verified.
However, the responsibility doesn’t end with verification. Quickly establishing communication with patients and providing the right information are tasks that fall on your team, and unfortunately, we can see some delays in this area. Since our premium collaboration is still relatively new, it’s completely normal that not every enquiry has resulted in a sale. Increasing the conversion rate depends on the effort and skills of your team.
I highly recommend improving your enquiry response times and communication, and adopting a more patient approach while offering your best proposals to the enquiries you receive.

Based on the comments and ratings, only a few of the doctors I contacted for inquiries responded. Those who did respond were really quick and very informative, but don't expect the same performance from all the doctors on Wupdoc.
