Two years ago, I paid €1,000 for a package that was presented to me as providing 100 patient inquiries. The representative I spoke with specifically told me that if the full number of inquiries was not reached, my membership would continue to be renewed until they were delivered.

Two years later, I have received only 15 inquiries.

Now I am being told that their business model has changed, that they have moved to a monthly subscription system, and that the additional year they gave me was supposedly a gesture of goodwill.

I have been working in the health tourism industry for seven years. Do you really think I would knowingly pay €1,000 for just 15 inquiries? You can make your own judgment.

From my perspective, what was sold to me and what was ultimately delivered are very different. I feel that I was sold a promise that was not fulfilled, and the whole experience has left me feeling seriously misled.

I intend to pursue the matter through legal channels. I have also requested a refund for the remaining 85 inquiries that were never delivered, but instead of receiving a straightforward resolution, I have been told that it is “not that easy,” that they need more time, and similar things.

I am sure there will be a lengthy response from the company underneath this review explaining their side of the story. I can only describe my own experience and the representations that were made to me.

Based on that experience, I would advise clinics and healthcare professionals to be extremely cautious before purchasing a package from this platform.

This is the most disgraceful company you can ever come across with. They offered us a guaranteed model but after 6 months they stopped answering our questions and totally ghosted us, after a few weeks they restarted to communicate but only giving false hopes about our refund request. After 1 year after first contact not only they still completed the refund they keep on sending emails saying that they will automatically renew our subscription!! Worst ever experience with an agency by far, everyone should stay away from wupdoc

**Disappointing Experience as a Wupdoc Provider**

Unfortunately, our experience working with Wupdoc as a healthcare provider has been disappointing.

Several expectations and commitments communicated to us at the beginning of the cooperation have not been fulfilled as expected. Based on the results and support we have received, the service has not delivered the level of value that was presented to us before starting the partnership.

For a platform working with healthcare providers, we believe transparency, clear communication, reliable support, and—most importantly—delivering on agreed commitments are essential. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen short in these areas.

We entered the partnership expecting a professional and mutually beneficial relationship, but based on our experience so far, we do not feel that the service has justified the investment of time and resources.

We hope Wupdoc takes provider concerns more seriously and improves its communication, accountability, and delivery of promised services.

Based on our experience, we cannot currently recommend Wupdoc to other healthcare providers considering joining the platform.

Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Nothing has really gone according to what was agreed upon. Instead of receiving valuable opportunities, I mostly received offers that never turned into real results or actual clients.

After three months, I only had around 5 opportunities to offer my services, and unfortunately, even those leads stopped responding. There was no organic lead generation, no steady flow of qualified prospects, and no return that could justify the money and time invested.

From my experience, I honestly don’t think it’s worth it. I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or budget on this service, as it didn’t deliver the results that were promised.

Hello, in 2024 we made an agreement with this business for 200 leads. Within a year, we only received 100 leads. They then requested a renewal of our account, which we absolutely refused because we paid for 200 leads and only received 100. In 2025, they wanted to renew again without any compensation. After discussing the situation, they reluctantly agreed to give us our 100 leads, but they deactivated the account, meaning no leads arrived again. This year they are trying to withdraw money again, and I want to deactivate the account, but they absolutely refuse. They are complete scammers; they cannot fulfill any of their promises.

Wupdoc.com was able to provide me with a range of surgery providers. Having selected one through them, they were extremely prompt and helpful when I encountered issues. They helped to quickly resolve the issues I had. I highly recommend their services.

Wupdoc, published my doctor name on their page without my knowledge, and entered their own contact information instead of mine in to redirect my patients to themselves.

They deleted the page after my warnings.

I would still like to keep this comment because I do not find this behavior acceptable.

If you are going to add doctors without their knowledge, you should at least edit their contact information.

This platfororm is my favorite these days. I used it twice to find near clinics and their support team is the best. The helped me always during the whole process until I got my treatments. But I wish if they have an app to make it more easier for us as well.

Really I had great experience with Wupdoc. The clinics reply right away, which is a huge relief when you need quick help. The website is super easy to use as well.

Agreat team and a solution-oriented approach that you can reach at any time you need. They interview with the applicant patients in advance and offer verified leads. This is the biggest plus. They have created a very effective system that is easy to use. We are very happy with our experience so far.
