I installed and play TapJoy via Swagbucks …But haven't received payment for levels completed
I installed TapJoy via Swagbucks Daily Trivia three months ago and installed Monopoly Go via it. I've played continuously and reached several milestones. I reached out to them the beginning of March when their Rewards Walls showed crediting that hadn't shown up in my Swagbucks account. I continued playing the game and reached more milestones but didn't receive the credit they claimed had been rewarded.
This has been an ongoing problem with TapJoy but I continued playing Monopoly Go via my Swagbucks TapJoy connection to accomplish my goals for money. Throughout the last two weeks, I have spent countless hours playing Monopoly Go via my Swagbucks TapJoy connection and reached additional milestones. For the past three days, I have constantly reached out to their Support Team and screenshot proof of the levels completed and current progress. Each time false information has been sent claimed rewards payment on dates that didn't even match the dates the I completed the levels. On two occasions, TapJoy's support team responded with alleged payment dates prior to my even completing the Monopoly Go levels. They lied because they hadn't sent payment to my Swagbucks account.
I've continued playing and reaching out to them in hopes of getting the $3.12 I am owed via Swagbucks. However, the last communication received last night has upset me. I received another email from TapJoy with the incorrect name and false information about crediting my Swagbucks account. This is the last straw because I'm one level from the next Monopoly Go payment and they continue to lie about sending payment for prior goals reached. I sent multiple screenshots of the Rewards Wall and my TapJoy Monopoly Go levels for getting payment.
This is the last communication after their false payment claim:
I have communicated with your customer service multiple times and sent proof of completion og TapJoy Monopoly Go levels. However, I continue to be lied to that the account was credited for Swagbucks. That is incorrect. First, my name is not Jenny as listed in the follow up emails from TapJoy. My name is Nicole Massey, email musicology01@gmail. com. Second, none of the alleged credits match the rewards dates TapJoy posted on my account Rewards Walls. You have not rewarded me any of the Level 5, Level 11, or Level 18 monies.
Y'all are fraudulent liars. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau, TrustPilot, and every other reporting agency to dispute your false claims of payment if my Swagbucks account is not immediately credited the $3.12 I am owed from completing Monopoly Go levels using TapJoy. I'm at Level 30, and was expecting a new rewards payment upon completing Level 31.
