Offers will pay out for the first few tasks and then stop. When I contact Tapjoy, all I’m told is that I have violated the terms and did not complete the offer, even though I provide proof of completion. And if I am “violating the terms,” why did the first few offers go through? Interesting, too, how it’s as soon as I reach the higher payouts that I suddenly stop getting rewarded.
Nothing new here, actually. I played some games and got rewarded instantly. That's why it's 2 stars and not just 1.
The troubles started when I played Puzzles and Conquest where there are bigger rewards. Again, I got the low levels rewards instantly. For castle level 18 I had to open a ticket and they rewarded me with gems in my main game after a short review. However my goal always was to go for castle level 22 which I reached recently and with plenty of time left for the offer (still over a week left as of now). I had to open a ticket again and was surprised to be informed about having violated some of their terms of Service (or not meeting the conditions which... well... I do) , but they really won't tell you what you did wrong. It is just an AI answering and repeating the same bullshit over and over. After an answer from a "real human" (probably AI as well as this answer is again the same over and over - just different namens) your ticket gets closed and you have to restart the conversation. I did this four times in a row, but I don't think I will get my 13k gems.
I just see that my review has the tag "without invitation" which is half true. I got invited to review for the case they actually solved and where I got the gems, but not after getting denied. However, the link they offered me before now is brocken (coincidence? I think not!).
As many told before, zero rewards, zero customer service, tickets get closed without explanation, 100% Scam
Tapjoy Customer service is total fraud. They will say you have broken "Terms and Conditions" but will never mention what ToC you have broken. They just want to cheat you of your hard earn rewards. Even your paid bundles are not safe. If you use speed bundles in builder game ( which is the core) they wont pay you. I highly recommand players to stay away from these company.
My reward for an offer wall didn’t load properly. Super easy resolution just provided screenshots and the reward was loaded within 24hrs
One of the worst customer support experiences I have had. Constantly getting copy paste messages, no explanations and closing tickets with no reason.

I'm playing Screw Out Factory Puzzle 3D via Design Home and Tapjoy wall , have reached level 27 and
- none of the rewards have come automatically
- I've already reached lv 27
- they refuse to send me the rewards for lv 5. Only got the rewards for lvls 2 and 3.
- I have fulfilled ALL the requirements
- They don't tell me WHICH requirement they think I HAVEN'T fulfilled
- They have closed off the helpshift chat so I can't send them any more tickets
- They owe me 1700 diamonds for lv 5, 3400 for lv 8, 6800 for lv 10, 13601 for lv 15, 20401 for lv 20 and 34003 for lv 25. That's altogether 79 905 diamonds, if I got it right.
So either
- their system is faulty
- or it doesn't accept a player proceeding more quickly than tap joy helpshift is able to review the tickets
- or the workers are making a mistake.
I feel I've been wronged and I feel so hurt and disappointed.
Adding text 31.4.26:
It's an easy game where you can pass several levels at one go. I'm in fact already at lv 31, so they owe me an extra 68006 diamonds, altogether 147,911 diamonds!
I have screenshots several of tje levels I have completed. I have fulfilled ALL the requirements, haven't used VPN, haven't played the game before etc etc etc.

Giving now 3 stars because I found a way to contact them although the support is closed for that case.
Customer service explained to me that it's not the game level they reward but the user level which is on top left round the duck.
Downside is that the user level rises extremely slowly so you'd be forced to pay. Even then the advancement of user lv is so slow that that it's not worth playing.
Three stars for explaining the matter.
I've messaged them three separate times about missing rewards. They keep saying that they're going to in-state the rewards that I earned and yeah, every time nothing happens. Total scam of a company, awful ai customer service. Don't bother completing their offers, they waste your time and don't give you the rewards you've earned.

Did not receive the reward for completing an offer. Customer service, instead of helping resolve the issue, sends automated texts and instantly closes the ticket without providing sufficient reason.
