Money taken when already unsubscribed
Last year in August 2024 i was tricked into subscribing as i paid for postage as part of a competition for Boots. I was refunded and my subscription cancelled. One year later a £29 fee has been taken from my account. Im appauled that whilst my suscription was cancelled last year for somethong i did not need pr require, the company have taken money again! Ive reported to the bank and Writeasst and they tell me they have now unsubscribed me. I am so angry as the tone of the company's email was that i subscribed knowingly and they still have my details. There does not seem any confirmation that I will be refunded. Please be aware of this company as they are acting fraudalently and even a year on are taking money from my account.
The £29 has still been taken from my account without my authorisation on an 'old' bank card from records a year ago, plesse refund me immediately as this is not acceptable. Why would i want to subscribe to a writing subscription, i am
not a writer and would never require this, the monies were taken one year on without my permission having cancelled a year ago. I am not stupid and always check my bank and whilst you did cancel last year, you have still taken £29 from my account just recently!

Refused to legally refund my money
Beware they use free offers for products to get your details. You think you are paying for delivery but they then subscribe you to their service (whatever that is!) They use misleading and unfair practices to get money off you and then won't honour a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (entitled to 14-day cooling-off period). Appalling

So a post on Facebook advising you can…
So a post on Facebook advising you can get free Boots products by just paying the postage appeared and like a fool I joined, this company then sent an email which I opened and its nothing to do with Boots and as I opened the email I was told I couldn't be refunded. Basically it's a scam and it was only 3 pound but how many people have fallen for it and this company have benefited. They told me it was nothing to do with them, but I have now been told I will be refunded .... so it's totally them.
